My first time here, I walked in without an appointment, but he still accepted me. Very kind and professional. Relaxing atmosphere. He's very skilled and focused and pays close attention to detail. Best haircut experience I've ever had. I feel clean and refreshed. Very glad I came here. Thank you.

[UPDATED] It looks like they try to change their behavior. I see much cleaner streets. Hope your hairshop business goes well. ____________ I've never been to this shop, but I'm just writing this review to let you know what they're doing wrong. I have seen the hair designers there smoking and throwing the cigarette butts to the street (2nd Pl) for years. See the photos attached, or just go and see the street near their shop. You will see the hundreds of butts everywhere. I think I even know what kind of cigarettes they smoke. There are several cigarettes boxes (Marlboro Light) thrown on the street and the curb (2nd pl&110th ave). Hope they recognize what they did, and clean the street by themselves. As soon as I see them clean up, I will also delete this.

I made appointment for my boyfriend to get the hair cut. It took him less than an hour to get a new hair style. Much better than his previous hairstyles. I think the stylist did a great job in designing the hair style for him.

I would give zero if there is an option. Really really bad attitude when asking for an appointment. I used to be there for almost a year. I believe I was a nice customer and I paid decent tips every time. I did my hair coloring there twice and I then switched to someone else, since then the barber started to become very weird. Now when simply asking for an appointment he is being very rude and reply me with only one word no.

I’ve been asking for the same haircut with the same picture to different barbers so I think I have a fair view of comparison in terms of skills. I’ve been to this location three times and this time, it’s the worst. After looking at my picture, the stylist quickly "understood" my request and started to cut my hair short and thinner my hair - in chunks. There’s no dedications or details but just chopping with high confidence. I sensed the risk and started to ask him about the plan. Of course he just asked me to wait. Then he trimmed the shape in the outer layer. The whole process took around 20min tops. There’s no layer or no facial framing even if I made the request in the very beginning. It was very obvious that he was in a rush cuz there were three new walk in customers. with fully booked capacities, they still took it. After complaining about the style on spot, the stylist, noticing his own sloppiness, blaming the fault to the picture. I was like I’m a living customer standing in front of you? For those who are familiar with the context, it’s like getting hair done in a community barbershop in China. I haven’t had this kind of "chop" since the second grade in elementary school. Maybe b/c of the location, they are not scared of losing customers and all the tech employees are not that picky about hairstyles so they just kept lowering their standard. I strongly suggest going somewhere else if you can. Don’t let this shop take customer for granted.

After making a reservation, I waited for over 20 minutes to get a haircut. The barber seemed very rushed, he spent about 5-7 minutes on my hair in total while kept talking about how I shouldn’t get my hair any shorter. The haircut is okay, I look pretty much the same as before except the sides look a little cleaner. Def not worth the price, will not come back again

Would not go again. Waited 20 mins after I called for an reservation. And then guess what another person came in and he spent a total of 15 mins max cutting my hair rushing through it. The cut and style was mediocre definitely NOT WORTH the price they charge. If they charge 30$ for this I wouldn’t complain at all. But for a premium price I expected premium service but I received none.
