Sunny is absolutely amazing in every way!! First time I met her, I needed a wig for the next day, I had ordered one online that never arrived. Through the magic of google I found Sunny and the Dope Beauty Bar, called at 8:00pm on a Saturday night and she was there to save the day! I’ve been a loyal customer ever since! Her wigs are gorgeous, she does amazing color,will work with you , help explain everything you could ever need to know, customer service is top notch! Plus her salon is gorgeous, just like her! 10/10😍🤩🤩🤩

had a wonderful experience at Dope Beauty Bar! The owner Sunny provided me exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The end result? My hair looked absolutely amazing! I mean my silk press was pressing. My hair was soft, flat and flowing just how I like it. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Edit: I knew the owner would respond defensively, and this just proves my point. I’m not from Baltimore and was simply looking for someone to do my hair for my birthday. Unfortunately, I paid $150 for a service that was never completed and received no resolution. There’s no expiration date on warning others about poor service and unprofessional behavior. I truly hope this experience encourages better business practices moving forward. Original Review: I booked an appointment with this stylist and paid a $150 deposit after we discussed the service and price in detail over the phone. The week of my appointment, she suddenly changed the price and refused to honor our original agreement or return my deposit. I never received any service. This happened last year, but I’m posting this review so others are aware and can protect themselves. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of unprofessional behavior after making a clear agreement and payment in good faith. Always make sure to get everything in writing before sending a deposit.

I went into Dope Beauty Bar and specifically saw Sunny 🌞. On a last minute needing my hair done. Sunny was very funny and inviting. Her service is definitely worth it. When you go to dope beauty bar it's a hair spa so expect the unexpected. The soft robe and small appetizers along quality 👌 top notch hair. Overall I was not disappointed with nothing. This is an high end beauty bar but you won't regret it your money will be well spent. Go ahead and book your appointment. Dope beauty bar top excellence ✨️

Edit: yes you called me 6 times after 11 pm not a single time prior to my 7 pm appointment. According to google your business is open until 9 pm yet all the lights were out and your business phone number is out of service. So yes I left an honest review based off my experience with your "beautiful business" Sunny Lee. Scam likely, booked an appointment online showed up to the salon at the time of my appointment all the lights were out and phone number was disconnected.
