American Haircut

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The older lady in there destroyed my hair! I asked for a v cut, she chopped my hair into two lengths. Half way mid back length and the other was like a weird Bob length. None of it made sense. I literally cried because my hair is long and you know it takes a while to grow. I went to another hairdresser who fixed it over 3 sessions several months apart. I am still waiting for it to grow back normally. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

LADYS is wonderful!!! She was/is very nice and knowledgeable. I LOVE when a stylist gives me her opinion and thoughts on what would be best or different options. I’ve been looking for someone to dye my dark hair light without the orange/brassy look and she did it!!!!!

What can I say Gladys is the BEST hair cut/color/stylest in the Universe and she cares about her customers - Mark and ALi moved from Avondale to Mesa and still drive all the way back for her fantastic service!!!!

Excellent, I agree that David Rodriguez is probably being dramatic... I've never seen them NOT greet someone, or act in a friendly manner, why bring race into it? I think I'm the only white person I've ever seen in there, so that's just nonsense. (I've been going for 2 years) They've done a great job with my mom, myself, and my two girls. They're always friendly, always get me in, work fast for a good price, and I have liked the products that were recommended for us.

I remember when this shop first opened up while we were in the midst of a recession. I use to come here often but have since moved far away from the location. Today I was in the area and needed a cut. I was very happy to see the location was still there and the same owner is there cutting hair. He still does awesome work. Genuine kind man who is great at his craft.

This place is great! Best in town. Quality work! They take their time and don't rush. Best haircut I had in years. I just moved to Avondale and found this hidden gem! Men cut was $13 and Women's cut start at $15. A+ work come here and not some overpriced barbershop or salon!

My husband and I plus daughter and grandsons have been going for 8 yrs now. Just recently moved an hour away south and drive an hour to get our hair done. Professional,clean,curtious. Fair and competitive prices.
