Nikki Slaets is incredible! From the very first haircut, she really listened to what I wanted and made sure it was perfect. She’s precise, talented, and truly cares about her clients. I always leave feeling happy and confident—she’s simply amazing!

I had an appointment at 2.45 and i was asked to come at 3. Even at 3 they made me wait for 25 minutes, before the stylist showed up. Then the shampoo room was full, so they cut my hair WITHOUT shampooing which messed up my haircut. I will never recommend this place. It was not only a bad service but also they don't take accountability of their own hair stylists. Stay away!

I needed a haircut and went to Ruiz salon. Bryson cut my hair and it’s amazing! He listened and took time to understand what I wanted. It’s exactly what I was looking for. He’s the best!!

Jasmine is great. Everyone I personally have work on me there is really great. I did have an experience with a very rude employee who is not one of my service providers her name is Maddie so she should be fired she's going to destroy the whole business because that energy is insidious and it spreads quickly. And no matter how much I love my service providers and the service they provide and the environment they provide eventually I will feel too uncomfortable to come back there for services just because I don't want to feel uncomfortable at all somewhere where I'm getting service and paying for services. I certainly shouldn't be bullied or harassed by other employees because they have a problem that doesn't concern me

Sasha is AMAZING. My hair looks unreal. WOW. Also the rest of the staff are phenomenal. Everyone is so sweet, you feel extremely taken care of. What a special place. Very thankful I found this salon.

I really want to love this place. The atmosphere, hand massage, the whole environment feels so luxurious but unfortunately the services provided just aren’t worth the price. I loved my haircuts with Alex but she’s since moved. I wanted to color my hair for the first time there and was horribly disappointed. My colorist knew that it was only my second time ever coloring my hair so I was nervous. I asked for a light cool ashy brown and walked out with what every one of my friends and family called "amber" or straight up red. My colorist handed me off to have my hair washed and that was the last I saw of her. Someone else styled my hair after and she never checked in to see if I was happy if the color was right or anything. My "cool tone" brown for hundreds of dollars was an absolute bust and there was no regard for the outcome or your happiness. It’s rushed, they don’t listen, and I walked out crying with red hair.
