I never want to tear down a Black-owned business, but please avoid this establishment at all costs. After coming here consistently for 2.5 years, I’ve finally had enough. Appointments have routinely started 30+ minutes late, and I continued to return because the quality of work was good. However, today was the final straw. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment and no one showed up. I made multiple attempts to contact the business via calls and texts and received no response—not even the courtesy of acknowledgment. After 2.5 years of loyalty, this level of service is extremely disappointing and no longer worth it.

Horrible experience!!!! My braider was late more than 30 mins for my 1st and second visit and the last time she braided my hair it was horribly parted and some of my braids fell off at work! It costs way too much to have horrible service. Do not go here!!!

Had an appointment here made a week in advance online as required by the salon. Called ahead an hour before my appointment to confirm. Arrived at the salon and waited 40 mins, no stylist. After calling the salon multiple times with no answer, I finally got a hold of someone and they told me the stylist was sick and they couldn’t find anyone else. Why didn’t they tell me an hour before when I called ahead?? Such a poor experience and definitely will not be coming here ever again.

Nhyira is absolutely amazing!!! She fit me in last minute and really made my vision come to life. I’m from New York never had my hair braided in Colorado and I now found a place I’m always going to go too….. she is so sweet and very professional but still made me feel so comfortable and will work with you as well. Just pure perfection!!!! I will be back

I went here a few years ago for medium braids down my back. The ladies did a fabulous job, the price was reasonable, and the style lasted a long time. I was very happy with being able to schedule a day before! I look forward to returning next time I’m in Colorado.

Wow!! Great service and I love my hair!! I got impatient with my Loc journey and wanted to add some length to my current hair. Never would I have thought it would look so much like my own hair! Nhyira was so sweet and informative. She did a great job and can’t wait to go bk for my retwist! Erica

I have waited over a month to make this review, because I believe in giving people chances to correct their wrong. I made an appointment for my son to get cornrows on June 9th, and paid the deposit. Showed up for my appointment and was told to come back in an hour. I made it clear it wasn’t acceptable to ask someone to come back in an hour, I was blown off as "well you’re only 20mins away, not a big deal." THAT IS NOT THE POINT. YOU SHOULD RESPECT PEOPLES’ TIME. So, I left with my son, reached out and asked for my deposit back, and ZERO response. I even said if they can push my deposit to another braid style, only to see the communication person had blocked me. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable. Take your chances that they’d respect your time and money.
