Made an appt at 6 and arrived 3 min before l waited 30 minutes and she wanted to attend a man who had just arrived. Then she was trying to tell me I needed to wait longer.

Amazing experience with the owner Marce, I went with my hair extremely dry,dirty,oily,and tangled to the max! (Actually I'm embarrassed now that I think about it!) I got my hair washed,treated,cut 3+ inches, and straightened! I am extremely happy with my results! I will be returning for my next cut!

I loved my experience! Today was the first time that I have ever been to this location. I died my hair a blonde/platinum. The lady who did my hair is named ALMA. 💙 She was the best, person to work with, her personality is amazing, and very kind. I felt so comfortable being there. I was enjoying my time & now I look great. I definitely recommend 👌🏼🤩

I called before I went because I was super excited about getting my haircut got there and it just seemed very unorganized the salon is very beautiful it's a really nice salon the girls were pretty nice just the girl that I was talking to didn't seem very attentive and they just kept looking at my hair which is a outgrown pixie so I needed guidance and they just kept saying oh well we can do half today and then you can come back tomorrow and I just wanted to leave I just felt like I came all the way down here for nothing and I made another appointment to go back and see them but decided against it Cause they just seemed kind of confused I don't know I would give it a shot but not with the person that I was talking to I don't want to leave any names because it could have just been a bad day like I said the salon looks beautiful horrible parking actually it's right on Colfax but I just feel that I called her to see if she could do my hair she said yes and for me to drive over there and then nothing and you're asking me to come back tomorrow do half and they acted like they had never seen Short hair I don't know but the other girls in there I wanted to make an appointment with but then I felt bad because I was already talking to the other girl so I just felt like I can't go back didn't want to cause any hurt feelings

My daughter and I have very long hair. It's hard to find salons that work well with it. We always get the beat haircuts and customer service here!!
