I went to go get a haircut and it was the worst experience. The man who cut my hair was on the phone while I was trying to explain to him what kind of haircut I wanted. He gave me layers when I didn’t ask for them,He left my hair crooked and on top of all that I had a v shape in my hair and now it’s messed up and just looks ugly. I went back to get my money and the business owner Luisa was very disrespectful and rude, Her tone was just aggressive. She kept trying to convince me the haircut wasn’t bad when I can visibly see how bad it is. When I asked to get my full refund back which would be the cost of the haircut plus the tip she got upset and said she can only refund me for the haircut because she’s not responsible for the tip. The man who cut my hair actually ended up giving me back the tip I left. I will never be coming back here.
