Willow's Dream

Another dreamy experience here! Michael recently gave my 9 year old daughter "the haircut she has always wanted!" and so intuitively! He was lovely with all of our varied personalities. We felt so comfortable and the style he suggested was perfect for growing out her bangs, just like she asked for. This was our second visit to get haircuts for my daughters at Willow’s Dream and we were impressed again! Last summer, in full on grief, after losing their Dad just a month before, we still needed haircuts. I thought a special time in a salon might cheer my girls up for an afternoon and be cathartic. I had heard good things from other neurodivergent folks about this salon in particular. I called and got Hunter who was wonderful, compassionate and supportive about our bereaved family, the animal sanctuary we run, and our visit. Lesley was our stylist and she was wonderful, patient and really centered the girls and was just so fun to talk to. Their matching bobs were so adorable and well done! She went above and beyond to make us comfy and talked hair dye, upkeep, all the things! At any rate, overall WONDERFUL salon! We love looking around the always interesting gift shop. This has become a special place for our family and I highly recommend for locals and visitors. 💯Asheville highlight! We will be back!

I saw Elizabeth for a cut and some color. She was an absolute delight! Her hospitality and conversation were top notch. She knew it was my first time getting color, so she talked me through her process. She took her time to ensure quality and satisfaction. The other staff was very friendly and helpful as well. And I love the cute shop up front. I will definitely be coming back!

Had my second haircut with Cassie today. I am a VERY curly girl and value an experienced stylist who knows how to cut curls! Cassie was patient and meticulous, making sure the style worked well for my curl "patterns." She listens well and gives honest feedback. It was a dry cut - which honestly seems so random - but the result was excellent!! I’m a very happy return customer.

We went in for a birthday gift. We did not use the Salon. Quaint Mother and daughter shop with a little bit of everything Asheville loves. Clothing, jewelry, gems, candle's, mugs, decor. You get the idea. Great place for a gift or yourself. Kid friendly. I hear the salon is great.

We had an amazing experience with Scott. He was incredible with my 18 year old. He took his time and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. And the owner is so knowledgeable about natural hair care and we loved the products they used. I can't recommend this salon enough! It was top rate!

I got a shag haircut done by Amanda and it was a 10/10 experience! It’s been a few weeks and my hair still lays so nicely and has much more volume than it used to. I really don’t think I could have gone to anyone better—I have a few friends that go to her as well and their hair always looks amazing :)) Definitely recommend!
