Sophia takes care of me every time i come here and her assistants..i feel so taken cared of ..she has this touch that relaxes me from my stress from my work and the rest of my long week

I could not be more happier😊 I just moved to Norwalk and been looking for a hair salon I went to one closer to my place but didn't like it how they left my hair color. I found this salon online just this morning, they were able to get me in on short notice. I like how they looked my hair and helped me out to decide what was best for my hair. Thank you for taking the time and care!! I definitely will recommend this place 5*!!

My hair looks great but I rated it 3 stars because I was there for 3 hours. Kept working on walk-ins (2 people trying to multitask) while leaving me sitting for long periods of time. 5 people came in and out during my whole appointment. That was very unnerving as I was growing later and later in picking up my son. Haven't had my hair done in 8 months, finally had a little time to spare and it just became another tedious chore to me. It really only should have taken about an hour to an hour and a half like all the other times in the past.

Place is very clean, and the service was amazing! Sophia colored and styled my hair, and I am beyond happy with my results. I went in as a walk in customer, and was taken in right away. I'm so glad I gave it a chance, it exceeded my expectations!

SO Unclear with prices , they'll say the price is cheaper in the beginning and at the end change the price even higher because of "so and so". They have terrible communication with customer. My hair didn't even come out the way I showed them either, they also set a timer for when to wash my hair out from the dye and when the timer rang no one attended after 20min after, I informed them and they sounded irritated. If you're gonna set a timer, then come when it's done because otherwise the hair can burn! So unclear, overpriced and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Came in today for a try. She never smiled, very impatient, cut my hair like chopping carrots, dropped towel, dropped combs, didn't bother to clean any of them. Most importantly, her careless cutting destroyed my hair!!! Now I have bunch of choppy uneven hair. If you don't have respect for your customer, please don't be in service industry.

Been going to Sophia's for over 8 years and love my hair every time I walk out.
