5 Star HeadSpa Experience with Carrie at Orawan's Arlington Hts location! My visit started with a scalp skin scope analysis to see the hair follicle, accumulation of oil, and skin cells. I then changed and received the Royal HeadSpa Scalp Treatment! My body was gently massaged in the chair, my face received a facial treatment, my scalp was stimulated, massaged, detoxed, shampoo & conditioner, completed with drying my hair. At the end of the session, it was analyzed to see the improvement in my healthy scalp. The seasons are changing, so give the gift of self care, and bring a friend, the HeadSpa is AMAZING!!!

Mother-Daughter Fun! My daughter and I just had the best time at Orawan Spa celebrating her birthday with a relaxing Japanese head spa. We truly enjoyed every moment together! The staff was super friendly and really knew their stuff. The head massage felt incredible, and we even got a lovely back massage from the bed too! The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the place is so clean and inviting. We can’t wait to come back! We’ve already booked our next visit in Lincolnshire next month for a fun little holiday treat.

I had my first appointment on 12/8 with Kim for a 2 hour head spa with facial. Hands down the best spa service I have had in a really long time. The space was so pretty, calming, clean, and immediately made me feel comfort. Kim was so sweet, informative about the service and what she would do and treatments. Finally the service of the head spa, her massage, her facial was amazing. I really appreciated the fact that she held off turning on the massage chair until she was done with all the massage techniques she did for my scalp bc I was able to focus and really enjoy what she did. The massage chair is great but strong. Great service from start to finish and all the extra details they provided. Coming back for sure !

I’ve been here thrice and all 3 times were great. I’ve tried different massages each time for 60 minutes and they made sure to use all 60 minutes! I’ve been to both the Arlington Heights and Lincolnshire location and they were well-decorated. Cozy and relaxing atmosphere, clean and tidy. Highly recommend giving them a try.

This was such a great experience. Yana was amazing and each detail of the service was top notch. So relaxing and I felt so well taken care of. The treatment was amazing, but I loved that when she dried my hair, she offered me tea and chocolates. I have never felt more relaxed. Don’t walk, but run to get the head spa 10 out of 10 heavenly moment.

I can’t say enough good things about Orawan. She is an incredibly kind, compassionate massage therapist with a true gift for healing. From the moment you walk into her studio, the atmosphere feels calm and beautifully peaceful. She seems to intuitively know what my body needs each session. When I first came to her, I was in a lot of physical pain, and her massages have helped me tremendously—both in reducing pain and calming my nervous system. I would highly recommend her!

Today I had a facial. It was amazing and I felt like a new person afterwards. Marisa did a great job! Highly recommend her. I’ll be going back
