Horrible customer service.i do not recommend!!! Be careful because the way they charge u with a phone app and don't explain how the payment is done as,well as the tip u can get way OVER CHARGED!! Jaden mislead my wife. Her bill came out to $160 so my wife told her to make it 185 tip include...she put the tip at $185 wich was more than the hair cut itself so she STOLE $185 FROM US. Please costumers BEWARE!!! make sure u get charged accordingly!

Minh and her staff are phenomenal at any service provided. They are extremely patient and caring, but more importantly, they LISTEN to customers requests and needs. They are accommodating and reasonably priced for quality of work provided. Its understandable why they've had the same loyal customers for years!

Like this place. My barber for the last forever years. One thing is scheduled time is merely a suggestion, you might have to wait. It's more expensive than others but hey you get what you pay for. Kinda cool cuz they do both men and women hair cut and whatever else that ladies normally do in a salon. They do wash your hair and do head massage. Kinda cool and relaxing. Owner is very chill.

I've been going here for a few years.... I must say the one & only woman that is always cutting hair is the rudest one... Why I even continue to go back is absolutely the dumbest decision... This most recent visit almost $300 on a haircut & color she cut so much of my hair off.... omg I'm so upset & hurt.! my highlights look orange... so brassy...! it's horrible.. let me not forget to tell you when I was asking her certain questions she started yelling at me in front of all the customers so very unprofessional... She asked me why was I picking on her?? I am going to report this place ASAP & also sue her for emotional abuse.. this place seriously needs to get shut down.... Great service, friendly, and I always love the way my nails come out.

The owner took me in an hour before closing and still made time to do my highlights. She took her time on me and I loved how she didn't rush me out the door. She took time to shampoo, cut, blow dry, and style at a decent price. Any other place would charge a grip extra just for being a late comer or for these services but she didn't. I am happy with how it turned out and I was satisfied with the price she gave me. After all, closing is at 7pm and I didn't leave her salon until 815pm. That in itself shows she is a good person, a hard worker and she takes pride in her work. Thank you. I will be coming back.

Got my hair done, a manicure and pedicure. My purple highlights are already fading to blonde and it's only been 3 weeks and the lady cut my hair much shorter than I told her to. The other lady who done my mani and pedi rushed while doing my sets to help this other woman and took her time on her. My nails are crooked and they're see through. Some of the staff are nice and some are rude. I payed about 350 and it was not worth it. My sis in law got a pedicure here and is in discomfort because of how short the lady cut her nails.
