Called ahead of time to see if they knew how to do a butterfly haircut. Answer was yes. Apparently NOT!! Then I asked to have my hair to frame my face….WAY uneven. Will NOT be going back!!!!!! UPDATE: smart style replied to this review asking me to contact them but I’ve called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and they still haven’t called me back🤬

The wait was way too long even with an appointment. BUT, it was worth the wait. Amethyst was wonderful! Very attentive to me, as well as Vickie. Both were very, very busy and, I believe they need at least 3 full time stylist's. But employee wise, y'all are great🐨

It was absolutely great. She took her time and did a magnificent job I would definitely recommend Alisha to my friends. She was very friendly and went out of her way.

Most satisfied with my hairdresser the massage was very much needed she almost put me to sleep feel so good and I definitely will be returning my hair was much manageable after the conditioning that she gave me and the chemicals she put with cutting the ends I will return

The best experience ever! I got exactly what I asked for plus a nice smile out of her! She was amazing! I think her name was Alecia.. but she made me feel so much confident with my hair!

I just got very lucky deciding to try SmartStyle and getting Terri for my stylist. She did exactly what I wanted and has become a good friend. Terri the miracle worker for me!
