Whole Foods Market

Bought this bread in WFM in West Palm. It is good but it is also totally unacceptable that there is no quality control especially when this loaf is not cheap. It was full of holes. If they weighed the bread as they should, I am sure there would be a difference

I want to take a moment to recognize Tobi-Ann, one of the baristas at the Whole Foods café. She is consistently warm, customer-friendly, and extremely accurate with drink orders. She makes every interaction feel personable and welcoming, which truly elevates the coffee experience. In fact, my coworkers specifically ask me to pick up their drinks only if Tobi-Ann is working—that’s how reliable and enjoyable she is. I’ve been getting my coffee from her regularly for the past 6–7 months, and she never disappoints. Unfortunately, I had a very different experience recently when another employee, Stacy, rang me up. Her demeanor was unpleasant and lacked basic customer service etiquette. She was openly condescending and scolded Tobi-Ann in front of me, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary—especially considering Tobi-Ann’s consistent professionalism and expertise. I truly hope management recognizes the value that Tobi-Ann brings to the store and addresses situations like this so customers can continue to enjoy a positive and respectful environment. Toby Ann is a five star reason for a score I gave today is because of Stacy she She needs to not represent this store.

Whole Foods bakery is top notch! Stacey runs the bakery like a boss. She is not only phenomenal at her job, but she’s also one of those people who makes your day better just by being herself. She’s friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Outstanding service every single time. Whole Foods is lucky to have her.🫶🏻

The pizza here is absolutely the best... I've had it before but the man who cooks his name is Nashan and it is the best I've had in West Palm Beach..

This Whole Foods has a great variety of items, from healthy snacks to ready to go meals, the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to come here with your family for groceries

We went in October and walked into a pleasant atmosphere. This Wholefoods was clean, organized, spacious and fully stocked. Employees were happy to help, everything was fresh, and I got everything I needed plus more. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and we will be shopping at this particular Wholefoods again as it is the best one we have been to by far.

I love everything about Whole Foods except the prices. They have a huge salad bar and buffet, fresh pizza and sandwiches, a bakery, lots of personal care items, in addition to the groceries.
