The old wet seal location. This doesn’t have as much merch for bt21 Bts, and Kpop as other locations. But they’ve only been open 3 weeks. I wanted to come after seeing a video online from another store of inventory online. Prices are reasonable for certain items but I didn’t really see too many things I couldn’t get elsewhere. Fun to browse and for gifts. They also only have shopping baskets no carts. Not everything is on display and in plain view. Some items are also at the counter when you check out. Also it is not listed on the mall directory in the mall yet but is on the mall website so you had to find where it was located.

This store was SO CUTE. I was on the hunt for a bag charm and they had a lot of really cute ones. I also didn't bring food inside because I have common sense and manners (unlike other reviewers, sadly) I will absolutely be back soon!

My daughter shopped a lot from this store n today she came again to get her birthday reward, the cashier said the system down 30mins ago, which she mostly cashier there n gave us rude answer n few times we came to earn points, they always said the system down, so we can’t earn it after we shop. Very unfortunate for us or the associates didn’t really take care the customers. Very disappointed with the cashier (didn’t get her name)

I found some things from Marie tha cat, but I'll give it that rating for friendliness. I traveled 5 hours, and that's my experience.

The store does have some pretty cool stuff in it. But....they don't honor the marked prices. For example, a shelf of make up bags was marked 7.99. But they rang up 19.99. Rather than sell it for the price marked, I had to listen to the employees complain about the shelves not marked correctly. Then the cashier stopped checking me out to pull the tag off the wall. After she verified that it was marked the 7.99, but refused to sell it to me at that price. And then, she rang up the paper bag, charging $2/bag.

I love this store. It has very very cute items, very nice and respectful employees, and great service! Me and my friend went to check it out and left with stickers and smiles. I changed my mind on the stickers I wanted and the employee totally understood and didn’t make a fuss of putting the others back. Everything I would say is a good price. 10/10 would go again. Also if you think they are rude for not allowing food or drinks you are a Karen. It’s just a store policy if you don’t like it don’t go there it’s simple.

The items are cute and prices are reasonable. But the cashier isn’t quite friendly and seemed like they don’t wanna be there, everytime🥲.
