I love this place. I'm from out of town but go here whenever I come to Florida. I'm always excited by the exotic fruits. On my last visit, there was a gentleman who was working in the produce area. I had a question and he stopped what he was doing to happily help me. He made my day with his attention and care about my need. I wish I would have gotten his name. I can't wait to go back and see what exciting things I find next time.

Sanwa is a wonderful place to grab fresh fruits especially fresh vegetables from all over the world. Spices, chili peppers, fresh ginger, sauces, dairy products, rice, bread, seafood, tortillas and lots of sodas from Thailand and the Caribbean. Staff is helpful and friendly. You can open a business account to better facilitate bulk buying etc. Be sure to wear something warm when going into the freezer section(vegetables, fruits, seafood and meat). We had a good experience. Parking very ample.

I was stuck with my keys in the car and a very kind Fellow that works at this market. His name is Derek was kind enough to call AAA for me and came out several times to talk to me. Just a super nice guy very kind very thoughtful so grateful for his kindness without which I would’ve been sitting for hours so there are some quality people that work at this farmers market great place to shop great products great people

Make sure your item prices ring up correctly. I had a case of apples and the price showed $26 in the produce area. I checked my receipt and I was charged $32. It was too crowded and not worth the hassle for me to go back in so I could be charged correctly. I just wanted others to be aware. Customer service was fine, just had a problem with one item being overcharged.

This is a local restaurant supply shop that is open to the public. Prices definitely beat Publix and their selection of produce is fresh and extensive! Each time we leave there we are happy with the amount and quality of goods for the price!

This place needs better customer services. I was there earlier today. The South American lady at the cashier assumed that I was trying to steal a dragonfruit. As I was going to check out I realized I forgot to get some dragonfruits. I asked one of the gentleman in the back to please grab one box for me. He bought me it to me and placed in my shopping cart. I carefully looked at them to make sure that none of them is rotten and proceeded to the check out line. When I got in front the cashier she asked me if I had an extra fruit in the box. I told her "no" I only got one box that the gentleman handed to me. I was checking them out and did not place them back neatly in the box. She proceeded to call her manger to go verify how fruits is supposed to be in the box. Then went ahead the weight the fruits bc total weight supposed to be 10 lbs. when I confronted her she told me it was standard procedure. So the woman assume I could steal a dragonfruit while my total was over 500 dollars. This is some bs that black people have to deal with.

Large packages and containers on industrial shelves at low prices. In the back is a huge cold room with vegetables, meat, and seafood. I counted 8 yam varieties, I saw two varieties of shiitake, two varieties of beech, shiitake and lion's mane mushrooms, and bought celeriac, parsnip, Kohlrabi, and found a bag of 20 limes for $2.99. I loved seeing customers from around the world and hearing all the different languages.
