Kotobuki Oriental Market

This place is super organized, and the owner is really helpful too. I was looking for Thai Panang Curry and wanted to try new things, and since I'm vegetarian, the owner helped me find all the vegetarian-friendly options along with the Thai Panang Curry I was looking for. They have a great selection of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food, plus a bunch of other cuisines. I'd definitely recommend this store!

Wonderful store with so many good treats and essentials. I hadn’t been here in over 15 years, but the owner recognized my husband from when he was a semi-regular in his teens and 20s over 20 years ago. Amazing. We’ll be back weekly from now on.

The lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly and the second that I told her what I was there for she led me right to it. I then walked around for just a little bit and she was super duper helpful and informative. When it came time to check out she made short that everything that I purchased that could be damaged was as secure as possible and wanted to make sure that I got out the door with the best bang for my buck. I had no idea that this place was here but I'm so happy I came in.

They have a lot of Japanese products. Only place I found Oden sets. They also had different types of fishcakes, different brands of gyudon, a large variety of drinks, and even a housewares sections. Plus I even found dorayaki and melon pan. The Oden set I bought was amazingly delicious. The clerk was also very polite and informative

This is such a cute little Japanese market. I haven't been to one in the Tampa area so it was much needed to check it out. It is definitely smaller than your average oriental market but it definitely is stocked with many goodies. They have Japanese snacks that aren't available at the bigger oriental markets. There are good dinnerware selection as well. Their snacks and drinks are great as well as the staff/owner. She was very sweet and talked to us. I would encourage others to come here if they're looking for unique snacks!

I just stopped in to get some rice and kimchi. Very good prices & the owner was so sweet!! Update: I just tried the kimchi…….I will definitely be coming back to get a lot more!!!!

Amazing little market. Has a ton of good Japanese canned coffees, good selection of curry options, premium rice options (yes, there is a difference), and anything else you could want for Japanese cooking. Definitely my new go-to spot.
