My kids love Miniso and will make a beeline to the store as soon as they see the famous red square (sometimes mistaken by the Uniqlo one). Miniso carries a lot of items not found anywhere else. They captured all the popular Asian brands like Sanrio, etc. They also carry blind boxes. My kids come here for the plushies and the keychains. They love seeing what is new, and every Miniso is slightly different, so we go to multiples. This store is excellent and has a clearance section in the back. It is very organized and clean. I would definitely return when we are back in First Colony Mall.

A great location! Samantha is one of the best employees! She’s so sweet and patient. I was having trouble with my coupon and she took the time to read the small print. Her personality is contagious and her energy is so welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store.

The cashier refused to redeem the promotion offer that their company sent to my email. They simply told me that they were not aware of the promotion. Very disappointed.

Very organized, clean, and have very cute/interesting stuff! They have Disney, we bear bears, and SANRIO! Sanrio sells out quick so buy what you can before they’re gone!

Rude cashier! Our bill was 50.15 and we offered to pay cash with a $100 bill and the cashier refused saying store policy is to accept $100 only if the bill is $80 and up. Asked for an explanation for such policy and she didn't care. There was no signage stating such policy.

I always liked these when I went to Asia, and I like the melon too tho.

Took my kids shopping here, them my 11 year old look at me and said "Momma, im going to stay in school so I don’t have to be working at Miniso like them when I get older" tears instantly ran down my face, I raised them right.
