My favorite store good prices. Prices are low because they don't accept credit cards, only debit cards and cash payment Plus WinCo gift cards. Low prices that's good because everywhere else is higher. Of course I buy food there, I buy pet supplies there better prices then some others. Great prices on their batteries WinCo batteries but they work good, also buy makeup there. You like salads you always go to the produce part and you get those pre-made salads go to the deli they got salads over there made fresh daily get more and multiple selections around the same price they also have wraps, sandwiches next to the salads. They have bulk seasonings they sell little seasoning bottles you can use. The alcohol always have specials,, that's located in the customer service and that closes at 9:00pm I believe maybe 10pm, check on that cuz if you having a party or anything and you have to go for a run it's closed but that's the best deals I've seen anyway and the ice is very cheap there a $1.98 7 lb bag. They do have wine and some vodka/left over specials the they put out on the floor. That's all I can think of. Oh.. if you go late in the evening.. They close @ 12am 7 days a week.. "different times for holidays" they do have boxes in the aisles for restocking. Best store I know of . 💕
This store is honestly great. It's like a smaller and cheaper Costco, with amazing prices. Fair warning though, this store DOES NOT accept contact less payments, nor do they accept credit cards. They only accept debit and cash. I had asked the cashier, and she told me they couldn't take my tap from my phone...after being told that, I stood in line and took the time to transfer money to my credit card (the only physical card I had on me), paid a fee, and went to pay with it and was told then that I couldn't use it, after already going through that. I did inform her that it was my first time at the location and that I wasn't aware that they had limited payment methods, but she told me there wasn't anything she could do. After telling her I had no other payment methods, she informed me that we would have to take the stuff off if I couldn't pay, then told me that she could get the handheld pay machine so that I could use my tap, which I didn't understand why she couldn't have suggested it at the beginning. All in all, after about 5 minutes of standing embarrassingly in the line, I was able to pay for my groceries and everything was fine, but it was still humiliating to say the least. I will definitely shop here again, just with the proper payment methods. 😭
Winco is certainly not a boutique style shopping experience like a Raleys or Spruce, but they have just about anything a grocery shopper needs. However, they're known for having great prices and tons of bulk items to choose from. The store location is in a decent area, but it has its share of vagrants asking for a handout. The best time to shop is early in the morning because it gets more crowded after 1100 hours.
THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE . THEY DONT HAVE ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE DISABLED. I HAD TO WALK COZ THIS LOCATION FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A MOBILITY DEVICE .FIRST THEY TOOK MY ID AND GAVE ME A KEY AND THEY MADE ME WALK ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE SHOP TO GET A MOBILITY CART WHICH WASNT WALKING AND WHEN I INQUIRED THE RUDE STAFF SNAPPED AT ME AND SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY WORKING MOBILITY CARTS .GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE .WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. THIS LOCATION DOESNT PRACTICE FAIR TRADING LAW .I ENDED UP INJURING MY ALREADY INJURED BACK MORE TO WORST .AND THEY SELL STUFF WHICH STATES WIC BUT WHEN YOU BUY IT WONT GO ON WIC
The prices are great, which is why I understand the lines get so long. Surprisingly it didnt take long tk get through the long line.
WinCo Foods is a great place to shop. You can find just about anything and everything that other stores don't have. The bread is always soft and fresh as is their meats and you can fried or baked chicken and rotisserie chicken with potato wedges and salad and Pizza by the slice 🍕 or whole pizza with a soda.
So many varieties of things available to you. They even have bulk purchases in coffees nuts coffees seasonings. The bakery is awesome. Meat counter seafood deli all was great. I have to go back.
