Went for blind boxes, They had a guy (blonde, Asian, short) stocking the blind boxes and I don’t know if he had JUST been sent to stock right there or what but we walked in right as it got busy and everyone (incl us) went to the blind boxes. Everyone was carefully avoiding him as he was working and then he just snaps at everyone "I’m working here" very rudely and barricaded the area with unopened blind box bulk things and his cart. Literally everyone left after that. Only me and my boyfriend remained along with like 2 others who kept trying to wait for a time to go back to the blind boxes. Then at check out I had a coupon for $12 off $60+ worth of blind boxes. The nice lady asked the same guy why it wasn’t working. He just shrugged and waited a minute before saying that the coupon only works for certain boxes. I get that. It makes sense. It’s like the birthday blind box and that’s okay. Except when she asked him for an idea of qualifying blind boxes he just shrugged again and stared at us. My boyfriend has autism and we were already overstimulated in there while it was busy. We didn’t really needed to be snapped off and cut off of the area we were shopping in. No one else stocking (and there were 2-3 others) stopped or snapped or anything when their areas got busy. They just stopped for a second and waited before continuing. I only gave a 1 star because his attitude was so sour, my boyfriend and I don’t really want to shop at this specific location anymore.

The store is just open, so some of the shelves are empty and some items don't have the price. The store is not that big but bright.

I brought my daughter in for her birthday, the toy she wanted was out of stock and even though the store was busy, the manager went out of her way to pull some from the back room and make my daughters day! Great store. Friendly staff. 5 stars for sure and we will definitely be back.

I don't blame the staff but the company. Whats the point of people earning points or signing up? If one can't even use them! And even emailed them and called them and nothing can be done. Whats up with this company!!

Very disappointed with the store!! Staff could note friendlier!! I have taken my daughter to the store at the Livermore Outlets and the Pleaseanton Store and I thought they didn't have much but the Stockton is pretty empty!! Maybe once they fully stock up.lt might a better experience!!

I am super bummed me and my daughter went into use our birthday reward for a gift and when we went in the girl was super rude I think she was a manager completely just know we can't do nothing she wouldn't help us the app was not working she didn't want to put a code in or anything which really sucked I mean come it a lil girls birthday and she was so rude

Horrible place. Manager told me an item was on sale. Then when it was rang up it was not on sale and they refused to honor it. When I asked for corporate number and store number other manager refused to provide iltje information.
