DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE purchase 2 blind box from there opened up one everything was good. The second one was missing the card that is part of the collectible literally as soon as I walked out of the store I went back to the store and they refused to take it back, even though they were parts missing from the box they said there’s a manufacturing error and there’s nothing we can do about it. Meanwhile, nothing was open besides the outer cardboard box the mystery car was not opened or anything. Along with the receipt, it states returns up to seven days use new Or defective and they refuse to take the product back, not following their company policy Just a whole bunch of scam Artist do not purchase here and the girl behind the counter is extremely rude

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this store was frustrating enough to warrant one. How can someone run a store when you can’t even speak English Or Spanish for that matter. I’m not trying to be rude, but if you have an establishment in the United States. At least don’t you want to speak one of the main languages English or Spanish. When I approach the workers about a particular item, they had no clue what I was talking about. Even though they are main items carried by Miniso stores! I had to go out of my way to google the items to show them! There was no effort to be polite, let alone helpful. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here.

Their blind box selection is alright. Mostly just the front table but they’re all usually the same ones you see from other chain shops. Lots of stationary goods though

They have really cute stuff, but their signs are misleading.. it's unclear what's on sale and what isn't... so you find stuff you think is on sale and it's not. Some things don't even have prices so you have to carry them around with no intention of buying them because you don't know the price yet, and when you do find out you won't want it. 4 small items added up to 50 bucks, I just told the cashier to forget it.

Eveything in the store is well organized, clean, pleasent music. Associate was very helpful and appraochable. No one follows you as you shop, like other stores,Love it! Will be making a retun to this store.
