MEK Latin & Asian Grocery Store INC

Opened 4 months ago, this place is amazing! A beautiful combination of salvadorian and karen culture. The husband and wife duo are super friendly and passionate about their food. The grocery store portion is great for dry goods, lots of selection. Some dairy goods and produce. However, the main attraction is the hot food bar! Eat a tamale with your noodles and top it off with pepper paste! Food is so fresh and very affordable! I cannot recommend this place more. I went during a weekday lunch, but I will be back on the weekend and many more times in the future.

Stopped in for lunch today and had an amazing experience. This grocery store has a hot food counter with ready-to-serve meals, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had a chicken curry with rice and naan, and it was easily the best lunch I’ve had in a long time. Everything was flavorful and tasted freshly made. I’ll definitely be back.

Friendly people. This grocery store has an amazing selection of products from all over Latin America and Asia. They even have a deli that offers Salvadoran dishes as well as Thai food, plus seating if you want to eat there. So many international snacks, too. definitely worth checking out.

I’ve been coming here every so often since they opened a few months ago and finally am compelled to give a review. They have tons of variety of snacks and drinks inside of the store and that’s what initially drew me in. but I highly encourage you to check out their hot food section. I finally tried pupusas! Very filling!

Amazing hot food selections. I bought some pork belly and rice. 10/10. The pork belly was tender and juicy. The skin wasn't hard like other places. I'll be back to try other foods!

Absolutely fantastic selection of Latin and southeast Asian staples and the nicest proprietors you’ll ever meet.

I hadn't found this store before, but they really have great products, both Latin American and Asian. Excellent service and products!
