I enjoy this location. The prepared food section is nice with lots of options. The rest of the store is always well-stocked. I appreciate the coffee bar and actual bar - coffee is great for something while shopping, and the bar offers a variety of wines and beers (and maybe spirits?), which is especially nice if you’re eating there. My kids play a lot of soccer at nearby Olympic Park, so this is a convenient spot for a healthy lunch option.

Finally ordered coffee at the café in store since evertime I come here the coffee shop is closed. The lady at the counter was so sweet and hardworking. The dubai latte was decent I do wish the coffee had more flavor to enhance the addin flavors. Store is always bustling with in store shopper fulfilling orders plus regular customers. Smells great when you walk in the door. Some things are a bit overpriced that I was interested in getting but decided not to due to higher price and quality couldn't justify buying it.

Better than I thought. But don't use the palm scan. I don't have Amazon prime. So I tried to use someone else to get the discount. They have fresh rainbow trout. A lot of fresh meat. I Avoided, the fake food that has preservatives.

Don't normally leave reviews, employees here are great. Don't enjoy seeing management micro manage their staff and stop them from having conversations with each other while working. Nothing screams organic like forcing everyone to be mindless drones. Employees: 5/5 Products: 4/5 Management: 1/5 Do better.

Review written 6/27/2025. Delicious healthy salad bar and tables to sit at with free ice water. As a remote worker, it is much appreciated Most items very pricey, but salad bar affordable

I may live on the Gold Coast now, but I’m back in Schaumburg every weekend helping my parents — which includes the weekly Whole Foods run. And honestly? The Schaumburg Whole Foods has officially lost the plot. Tonight’s pre-Thanksgiving shop was the breaking point. The manager at checkout snapped at me the second I asked a simple question — "Can you wait?" — like I was interrupting her private spa day instead of, you know, being a paying customer. Then the cashier jumps in, doesn’t even bother with a "hi," because he’s too busy chatting up his bagger buddy. Said buddy then crams ALL of our Thanksgiving groceries into ONE bag, drops it like a kettlebell on the counter, and continues to talk to his cashier buddy without offering to help get it to the cart. Premium prices, dollar-store energy. Whole Foods loves to talk about being a "premium brand," but the service at this location is giving… clearance-bin chic. At this point, I’d rather go to Valli Produce — where the people are actually kind and the bill is about a third of the price. Schaumburg Whole Foods, do better.

Very busy location next to Woodfield Mall. The staff is helpful and I’m impressed how they handle the long lines and high traffic at this store. It can get crowded here so make sure you have your wits about you when shopping. Ask the staff for help if it’s your first time. Parking lot can get crowded on certain days so keep your eyes peeled for open spots in the free lot. They keep things well stocked and the only thing that was short when I visited was the eggs. This was due to a shortage of accepted egg producers that meet Whole Foods standards.
