Always a great variety of Asian goods that other stores don't carry. I found Thai Green Tea leaves and stuff like coconut sugar and palm sugar which are good for mango sticky rice. It might be a little dirty inside with the mops just laying around but the items itself are kept clean and tidy. Nothing was expired or spoiled like you'd normally expect. I liked the kitchen goods they give you if you buy a certain amount. I think it's an authentic Asian market if you hear the workers speaking mainly not in English.

Visiting Hawaii Supermarket was quite an experience. It’s a large store with an impressive variety of options, from Asian snacks and foods to a beauty section and even small kitchen appliances. The service was attentive, and the store was fairly clean. I also noticed they carry a wide selection of spirits. Overall, the prices were good, and I’d definitely return to explore more of their unique products.

Found the elusive green unripe mangos i had been searching for to make an Indian pickle recipe. Produce section unmatched. Love this store and visit everytime im in LA 👍🏾

I would like to share my experience at register #5. Her name Ngoc V. The cashier’s service was very disappointing. I was already waiting in line and had separated my items to pay separately. However, the cashier chose to assist the customer behind me first and then asked me to wait. This made me feel very uncomfortable and treated unfairly. I understand that it can get busy, but customers should be served in the order they arrive. I hope there will be improvements in queue management and customer service in the future.

Finally found the organic coconut oil extract I've been hunting for - and it was on sale! The selection here is amazing and the staff are friendly. Good hours too.

Rude security. There are still 6 minutes left before closing, he came to me and said ''hello, we closed'', and use his flashlight to flash at me as if I’m a criminal and he is a police officer. As if I’m here to do illegal thing, but all I did is just using the last 6 minutes before closing.
