Stater Bros. Markets

The store has problems in the meat dept. They deliberatley give you way over what you asked for. If you want a certain amount they give way over weight. This is elder abuse. The store management does not address the problem. I will reach out to state Dept of Food and agriculture division of measurement standards. There shady operations brings injury to me and my family.

The store is ready for a facelift but the customer service is good. More importantly they have fantastic prices on Quality Meat and seafood.

I never had any complaint about this store, all the employees are so friendly and kind, until this morning that I stop by the cashier was with a overbearing attitude, throwing groceries, when I mention her about costumer services classes, she answered that I was probably Latina... There's any problem with Latinos or just because I'm Latina mean my not complaint about it? Someone need to put more attention with the employees.

Checker gram is great ! But the lady on the fast check out today at 3:00pm. I was shocked I was met with Terrible customer service. I hope she can do better in the future.

I 100% believe in excellent customer service. The minute I walked into the store, Amaya was right there at the pastries and greeted me with a smile and asked, "How can she help?" I was attempting to make my first Chakuri board, and boy, she knew it all from meats to cheese to crackers or yes some jam stuff. I asked for a few other things, and the assistance was amazing. It was my first time in the store and I don't have patience for shopping. So she really did help me out.

Well organized. Nice open aisles. Well stocked.

I like this Stater bros branch and especially love the sushi place called Fujisan. They offer quality food at a reasonable price and even the owner is so friendly.
