Ocean View Plaza

Ocean View Plaza is conveniently located off of the Interstate 5 at the Camino De Estrella exit. The shopping center is just 2 minutes from the freeway exit which is why I wound up there. It is a plaza full of many stores large and small and has many tall palm trees in the parking lot which look great. There are a little places like yogurt shop and Subway and and other little businesses but there's also several Banks arouse a Trader Joe's and a variety of other stores. And for those with electric car there are two fast charge evgo charging stations here. Awesome!

Easy to get to by Auto or Bus. Good variety of shops and eaterys. Ralph's, CVS, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, The Habit Griil, Subway, Flame Broiler, Philly Cheesestake, Nectar, Rubios, and Yogurtland to name a few.Parking is tight at times, but always available.

Pretty much everything you need in one plaza minus the gas station and drive thru's.

Has mostly everything you need and Trader Joe's has some exotic edibles (food), that may interest you. Unusual international frozen meals, meats, a great selection of cheeses and many choices for the veggie/vegan crew. All that and reasonable prices. Ralphs is there, a supermarket that has all supplies you may need for your stay in the area. Some employees burst into song making it a pleasant outing.

Convenient to my house. Entering and leaving the center is very difficult. They really need to have dedicated right turn Lanes for exit. Parking can be a challenge too especially around Trader Joe's and Starbucks.

I went to a Verizon store here!!! Stay away from this store! The manger is nuts 🥜🥜🥜 They are only trained to sale u a phone. After I purchased my phone I had issues with the phone went back the next day sat in the parking lot from 9:00 am to 11:30 the employee who was supposed to open had called in sick according to the manger!???? Okay so couldn't the manger come open the business door! I was on the phone with the corporate office it took them an hour to locate the manger! She is very spaced out and she acts really strange she was making appointments for her daughters school while I stood in front of her for help! This day she couldn't figure out what was wrong to fix the issue the next day is whole different story I don't feel like getting to it! I've been dealing with the phone I purchased from this store since July 18. If I had to go into all the details of what happened with me I would have to write 10 pages. Just stay away also she very prejudice! She would help others before she would help me and funny thing is I'm white Iranian American. Also, strange things were happing at her store like random person walked behind the counter from the street and grabbed something from behind the counter! Some dude walked in and she totally ignored me and went to help him once I complained her answer to me was that it's only going to take a minute and that she knows him... W. The ...fu... B

Great shops in one small place. The parking lot is very tight and pretty blind to pedestrians so be careful. Variety of food options here, I personally like Habit Burger in the far corner. Don't worry if you miss the first turn in there's another on the other side.
