Ralphs Fresh Fare

Had a pick up order yesterday. I jumped out of the car to help The young lady unload into car, instead she put all my groceries on the pavement and left. Never asked if I had coupons or finished up the receipt like they usually do. Then when I get home I see they just grabbed the first meat they see on the list instead of checking what I had choose. So my total went up considerably. There was a jar of sauce that was broken and all of my produce was shoved on one bag! I’m talking carrots, corn on the cob , zucchini. Fine, I let it go. Then this morning there is pending charges of over 300.00 on my acct and also a charge that went through for the same amount. My bank let me know that all Kroger store are now doing this. 600.00 is unacceptable! I won’t be shopping here again

closes 20 minutes earlier than posted signage! super cute when i needed to go to the grocery store, CHECKED that it was still open, and was met with a locked door and a janitor telling me "no we’re closed. no we’re closed. there’s no more people here to check you out." is it that hard to stay open for all of your business hours ???

Hours on the door say they should be open till 1AM but employees had the front door locked a quarter after midnight.

I had the best service experience while shopping on May 6. There was a great digital deal on Mission chips but when I went to the Chip aisle the shelf was bare. Too common on bargain items. The day was saved by a young man who happened to ask me if I found what I was looking for. I said no and he went on a mission to find the chips. He checked stock and spoke to a manager. For some reason there was an isolated display in the frozen food aisle? He got the chips and put them in my hand. I wish I had gotten his name. He gets an A++!
