Ralphs

This Ralphs delivers top service every time. The store manager runs a tight operation. The team stays helpful and respectful. The store stays clean, organized, and easy to shop. You get great products across every department. Fresh produce. Strong meat selection. Packed beverage aisle with all the top items including Happy Dad. Displays look sharp and well stocked. Prices stay fair and the checkout process moves fast. You feel taken care of here. One of the best run grocery stores in the area.

2 stars is generous! This grocery store is in an excellent location, making it very convenient for a lot of people living in SW San Clemente, but unfortunately it is often poorly stocked. The produce dept in particular leaves a lot to be desired. I have stopped in on several occasions needing something as simple as green onions, last night it was celery. These should be staples of any produce dept, but believe it or not I was told there was none. The produce they do have often looks less than fresh, and sparce, if stocked at all. If This was a one off, I wouldn't bother writing this review, but that has not been my experience. I would say, don't bother with this store as there are plenty of other options in San Clemente.

Entered the store with my toddler in search of a toy for him. The toys are at the far left corner of the store, and scattered elsewhere as well. I wanted to write this review specifically for their store brand chicken noodle soup, which is honestly the best store brand chicken noodle soup I have tasted thus far. The chicken actually looks and tastes like chicken, and not like cat food (not that I know what cat food tastes like.) the staff was friendly and the aisles were full, and the prices were really good. Or at least way better than Bay Area prices (so perhaps) the bar is set low.

Ralphs is a solid neighborhood grocery store with outstanding staff. The team is always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything you need. The store itself is on the smaller side, but it’s consistently clean and well-organized. The parking lot can get a little hectic, yet you can still count on finding a spot without too much trouble. A reliable place to get your groceries!

Really great local Ralph's grocery store. The staff, cleanliness and selection in the store are great! Love the layout and how everything you need when stopping by for a quick pick up are close to the front door and cash wraps! Staff is polite, helpful and usually have a welcoming smile. Thanks Ralph's!

Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful, plus they keep a very busy store clean, stocked, and organized. I subtracted 1 star due to things beyond their control; limited parking and tight spaces

Today I went to Ralph’s like 3 o’clock today to pick up a PlayStation card and I was wearing my Detroit Lions hat. Your three workers work at the cashier They were all friends working at the store and they had all black hair. They were all guys when I walked by They said look at that loser or in the Detroit Lions hat I said what did you say and they were quiet that’s how you treat customers
