H-E-B plus!

I normally do not review grocery stores, but I felt like this one deserved a shout out. I love H E B in general, but this particular location is hands down my favorite and, in my opinion, the best one overall. It is not the newest H E B and it is not the most updated, but honestly, that is part of what makes it so great. Even when it is crowded, you can still move around easily and get down the aisles without constantly waiting for someone to move their cart. A lot of the newer H E Bs have much smaller aisles, which can make shopping feel stressful, especially during busy times. That is never really an issue here. On top of that, the customer service is always great. The staff is friendly, helpful, and consistent every time I visit. Parking is also usually ample, so you are not circling the lot forever trying to find a spot unless it is right before a major holiday like Thanksgiving. Overall, this H E B gets it right. Great service, great products, and a store layout that actually makes grocery shopping easy and stress free. This location definitely deserves the recognition.

Why does the icing on these cinnamon rolls look like a 2 year put it on them at this store? Plus, there’s not enough icing on them, but the price is the same. Presentation Presentation Presentation. The Heb out south cinnamon rolls do not look like this.

H-E-B is quite literally the best grocery store and all of America. If H-E-B expanded nationwide, all other grocery stores would simply go out of business. Not only is their grocery store fantastic but their own products are better than brand-name product H-E-B is the brand name. It is not a generic product that you would at Kroger‘s Heb #1 I would gladly manage to be spoke person. Please consider me deeply.

This is one of the best HEBs in the Austin area. It is HEB Plus and always has great deals. Mostly fully stocked. However, during this visit, I didn't find any organic coconut water available - everything was sold out. Also, my favorite product of Revlon and shades were not available so ended up purchasing another brand which was as expensive so hoping it turns out good... ample parking is available! They have dedicated sections for outdoor, home, kitchen etc. Baby food section has tons of options! International section features items from India.. their veggies were fully stocked and fresh! The bakery and some isles were mostly sold out which was odd for a Saturday (Usually that's a case on Sunday evenings) Nevertheless, one of the best HEBs so will continue visiting...!

Closed the main doors at 8:15 with no signs, at all. Cashier was not taught any customer service skills, could not get this boy to even crack a smile. Just disappointed every time I have to come to this HEB. Love my HEBs but this one constantly disappoints, as if they dont like or appreciate the customers. Im sure they have wonderful workers, I havent come across them at this store yet.

Very upset with HEB today. Had a conversation with my husband about his day at work. Mind you he works with an affiliate company for HEB (not an actual employee for HEB). His job, to keep the employees and valued customers that walk into HEB safe every single day. Yes that means day and night, 365 days out of the year. Rain or shine, sun or snow. I asked how his day was and he replied ok. I said how was your dinner. He replied that dinner was excellent (of course prepared by me 😉 ). But that he felt bad in the lunch room because even though HEB provided their employees with a piece of cake today he was instructed that the cake was for HEB employees only. Went as far as making a paper sign to display for him to see. Mind you, he is the only non-employee there. They made him feel bad maybe even on purpose. I understand that HEB has strict policies when it comes to certain things but a piece of cake. Come on. Especially during the Holidays which is always so stressful. This man is good enough to provide a safe environment within your stores but not employee enough to merit the hospitality HEB is known for. A single piece of cake or a holiday meal shared can make a difference in someone's day. ❤️ especially during the holidays. These men and women deserve a piece of love every now and then even if its just a small piece of cake. ❤️ HEB do better. ❤️🙏
