It was a good experience! Nice and clean store with a rustic outside seating. Love the fall set up and the collection of bouquets. Bakery was excellent! We got our favorite baguette.
I've been to Whole Foods a few times with my 11-year-old. We thought we loved this place until the other day. We went specifically for the hot food bar for an early dinner. All of the food not only looked subpar, but much of what we bought tasted the same way. It was an awful experience. The customer service was good, and Anton did refund us for what we purchased. As I understand it, the food is a hit or miss, even though the few times we've been there, the food was never this bad. My daughter enjoyed the pepperoni pizza at least (went back for a second slice). Beyond that thought, I were disappointed. I haven't written Whole Foods off entirely. I still go there for Amazon returns, and I will try the other location soon. I hope it's better, or at least as good as it used to be when we went before. 3/10.
First time placing a holiday meal order. Ordered the largest package they offered which is $600+tax. The first worker that brought out the shopping cart of the order said I was good to go. I started checking my order. Only half of the order was given. He saw me checking and came back and said there was more. Came out with more items. I continued to check. The order was still missing items. My order wasn't the only one. The customer in front of me was also missing items. This would have been a 1 star review, but the 2nd worker that helped me fix the situation was very nice and helpful, so I added a star back. My advice is definitely check your orders! Update: The food ordered tasted very good/well seasoned but the veggie platter needs better quality control. Cucumbers and bell peppers were dirty (small dirt chunks) and mold was found. Thank goodness I checked before the party instead of having guests find it.
Found a piece of plastic in my chicken noodle soup, Whole Foods corporate is not taking it seriously and will not escalate to ensure the product is safe for others. I am not asking for a refund, just to make sure nobody else gets PLASTIC PARTS in the food that could be a choking hazard.
Pretty wild experience I had tonight I can’t believe I’m writing review about broccoli but this is actually at its core. Much bigger issue. Whole Foods is literally stealing from people.. One of the items on my grocery list Granted, I got here pretty late, so there was not a whole lot left, but I grabbed the best looking bunch of broccoli that I can find 90% of the broccoli was stock which everyone is well aware of people throw away and don’t use and 10% was the florettes which is the edible part that people eat and also the lightest part of A broccoli stock. Not having any intention of buying that because that’s obviously a clear waste of money I gave it to the cashier and said we please weigh this and let me know what it cost and it would’ve cost seven dollars for literally a handful of broccoli florettes. So I don’t know if Whole Foods is intentionally misappropriating the weight of their fruit and vegetables to rip people off or if this was just a one off situation but it seems to me like they are intentionally adding more stock to the broccoli to pump up the weight of it and make more money off of it. When I ask the cashier if he could address the issue, he literally said sorry I don’t eat broccoli and tossed it aside so clearly they don’t really care too much but this definitely is an issue and I think should be addressed by upper management
I want to file a complaint about my visit to Whole Foods on Sunday around 5 PM. I went to the pizza counter to order a whole pizza. The employee behind the counter was busy talking to a coworker and never looked at me or acknowledged my presence. I had to say, "Hello, can I order a pizza?" He replied that I couldn’t , I said why? He said because I can’t! I said why you can’t? He responded in sarcastic rude tone because I have too many orders before you! If you want to order a whole pizza you need to come back after 6:30 PM because I have many orders before you. His tone was sarcastically rude, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the manager, again in a rude manner. I told him he was being rude, and he simply saluted me and said "bye-bye." I was shocked by his behavior. A simple apology and explanation, like saying he could only sell slices at the moment and suggesting I come back later after one hour and half would have been much more professional. It's disappointing to have a manager act this way, as it reflects poorly on the department and the company. I plan to leave a bad review and tell everyone in Roseville about this experience. Whole Foods should be embarrassed to have a manager who treats customers like this. Watch the cameras.
Today I brought two pairs of shoes to return to Amazon. As a 77 year old woman, I’m not very techie. Luckily, Sina was the person I who helped me. She was unbelievably patient and helpful, especially with my cell phone. You should know that Sina is real gem. Yours, Patty Fraser
