I bought a pack of chicken today and when I opened it, it smells really bad. I called customer service right away, and after I explained my problem, they didn’t respond and just kept me on hold. Really rude and bad customer service ever.

Great place to find Vietnamese groceries and a variety of other Asian groceries. They also have a good selection of produce and fruits for a fair price. Only complaint is that the bathroom can be cleaner.

DISCRIMINATION!!! i brought all vegetables n it is healthy produce n i try to use the card n the cashier no we wont accept benefits card n i told her there cash in it which can be use n guess what she said minimum $10 n here i m thinking the stores was discrimination n set limit on people who use the card go shop here if u support this behavior n act. ( I don't blame the cashier cause based on what's u n other staff discussing it was the higher management decision. ) there's should b no minimum on benefits cash purchase

You can find reasonably priced goods either canned or fresh commodities are not expensive to compare with other Asian groceries around the area. But due to covid better go during unusual hours or go early.

The guys at the seafood department really takes the time to understand which seafood you desire. If not available, he then asks which cooking method I intend to to cook it so he can suggest an alternative. I am 100% delighted with his suggestion yesterday (3/4/23) and had a meal with seafood that my son felt in love with. He typically does not eat seafood. That type of fish is not the most expensive type too! In essence it was a double win. I have told my wife to shop there more often to support (via patronage) such a good operator. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service Request requested two wine bags in English and with a Chinese translator. Counterperson picked up a bag and then said I’m busy and walked away. I had waited behind eight people, and then she didn’t even give me the courtesy of giving me the product. I will never shop here again!!!!!!!

Good price to shop for the groceries, however the quality is just ok, sometimes not good also. Some cashiers are not nice, speaks without any subject.
