Bel Air

Ready for St. Valentines Day- for your Love, the classroom, the workplace, and your local Fire department, Police and Sheriff, and the Postmaster, your Doctor, your Taxman,

This Raley’s is convenient since it’s close to where I live, and other stores are out of the way, but I really don’t like coming here. The employees are consistently rude, never smile, and make the store feel unwelcoming. They often glare at customers, including me, and seem like they don’t want to be there. One time I asked for help and was told they couldn’t assist because they weren’t allowed to move from their spot, even though no one else was around. No apology, no effort. Just really poor customer service overall.

I had ordered a cake here for my coworkers going away party and had a set time to pick it up at 7am. I arrived to pick up my cake and was told the designer was not in and it should be ready about 730am. I went in at that time and the designer was still not there. The guy in the bakery (forgot his name) but he was super apologetic and let me know that there was some miscommunication as to when the designer would actually be in. He refunded me half of what I paid for the cake, and continued to apologize. Even though I was late to work, they did a great job on the cake and this gentleman's customer service made up for the miscommunication. This store is by far still the best and I will continue to come here.

Always have a great, friendly staff here- and they call me by my name each time I come in. I have never been to a better pharmacy. I have another pharmacy one minutes from me, but I travel to this one because of their great customer care!

This is my local grocery store. Great produce. Super clean. Pretty decent prices. Absolutely love the staff, helpful and polite. Only complaint is that every time I've asked the meat department for a cut of meat sliced a specific way, they have never done it. Always try to get me to buy something else.

Awesome store. Friendly staff and great selection

I go here probably every day. All the employees are super nice, helpful, patient, and friendly. It’s a little more expensive than SaveMart. But I live within a stones throw from here and convenience>saving a few bucks. Plus If I need gas I use my points for $$ off. Always good meat and produce here too. It’s my second home basically.
