Save Mart

My experience in this store was very unpleasant. The second I walked in, there was an employee staring at me in a rude manner. I brushed it off and continued shopping however she seemed to follow me through multiple aisles which made my visit uncomfortable. Instead of offering assistance or asking if I needed help, she watched me shop like she thought I was trying to steal something. This experience was so unpleasant that I will not be returning. Hopefully in the future customers will feel respected rather than monitored...

Save Mart has not only a great bakery but an excellent deli. The workers who help you are nothing short of special. I always have a great experience when I go, in regards to my interactions with the associates. They give you the time and attention to make sure you get what you need and in a very timely manner. Like most stores, they have a few items that may only be exclusive to that particular store or the Save Mart stores, so it could potentially be a treasure hunt whenever you find yourself there. Also, the prices are right, and the deals are reasonable.

Today during my visit to the store, I had some issues with the app when I was checking out and trying to get the sales price on an item. Between Preston, Jeremy and Monica, my issue was resolved quickly and I left the store a happy customer! They worked together to ensure I received the sales price and delivered outstanding customer service!!! This store is minutes from my house so I am there often, I look forward to seeing them again during my next visit. Highly recommend this store, never had a bad experience.

A terrific neighborhood market. Produce is always great, and the store offers everything we need.

The evening store manager is extremely rude with no social skills whatsoever. He is the reason we will never shop Savemart again. I hope he is taught customer service skills and how to interact with clients to avoid hurting others with he's lack of finesse and overall angry demeanor

We have been shopping at this store for many years and usually receive great service and high-quality products. It is our nearest supermarket, and overall we are very happy with it. However, there is one employee who consistently leaves a negative impression. During my last visit, he packed groceries very carelessly and with visible irritation, throwing items into my bags and ignoring basic logic. When I politely asked to move some groceries to another bag, his reaction felt passive-aggressive and unwelcoming. It was disappointing, as this behavior does not reflect the high standards of service we normally experience here. I hope management will address this, as one employee should not spoil an otherwise excellent store.

Great review and the manager helped me several time to find things when I looked perplexed .i didn’t even have to ask. Very nice!
