⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed shopping at this grocery store. I came from out of town and was just passing through! It was clean, well-organized, and easy to find what I need. The produce was fresh, the shelves are stocked, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially at checkout. Overall, it's a reliable place to shop! 10/10

The young lady who was my cashier was incredibly unprofessional. Ariyah was ringing up my purchase and she wasn’t paying attention and started to bring up the next customer behind me in line onto my check out. I said wait a minute why are you ringing him up too. Instead of apologizing and saying sorry the young lady decided that it was my problem. With an exasperated face she told me it not a problem and deleted the items. She didn’t apologize and didn’t uphold the values that are advertised.

They sell organic produce here both fresh and frozen. Who knows if they'll ever have a veganic corner. According to Google Maps I don't live in a food desert as this store is less than one mile away from my home.

Went yesterday and bought $9 ground beef patties like I have for years and this time it only had 4 patties and they fell apart on the grill . They were watery like the fake meat vegans push on people . It was so nasty we never even ate them. Check your food before you pay. We went around 7pm everything else was good

Ran into the store manager Brian while shopping. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I found everything I needed. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this Stater Bros.

Over three years it’s been of employees literally shoving products into as few bags as possible. If I have heavy objects I don’t want them with my bread and chips. Literally handing me my products cuz the cashiers won’t charge me for additional bags is wild since I’m paying for them! I’ve complained multiple times but looks like I’m just going to have to take my money elsewhere and spend it at more expensive stores that aren’t cheap with their bags or smash delicate products. At this point I might just refuse any other stater bros cuz I’ve grown up with their customer service my entire 40 years of living. Since Covid staters seems like it’s not even trying anymore. I also tried to figure out wth happened to this company and with a little research Ik exactly why standards have nosed dived and it’s very disappointing. It’s hard to break up with the literal hand that feed you, but when you’re having an amazing day someone’s poor customer service shouldn’t ruin it. They keep trying to but I’m just gonna have to remove myself as a customer and leave this review cuz people need to understand that change won’t happen even on the smallest level unless we the people hold others to a higher standard if we want to keep them in business. Jmo

**2nd Update** the place looks great, maybe a little more hello in the check out isles which I've noticed started to show down but other than that it's great...Update, the place looks great!!! Being remodeled to look like one of them nice Stater Bros🙌
