Sprouts Farmers Market

This location needs better staffing and customer service. There were no cashiers open, forcing everyone to use self-checkout. After I scanned ALL my items, I was accused of not scanning something I absolutely did scan. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. If customers are expected to use self-checkout, the store should ensure the system works properly and staff handle concerns professionally. Will be sticking to the Fontana location where I usually go just stopped here because I was in the area!! 2/22/26

I love Sprouts! They have great food, brand quality, and selection. The fact that I am able to pick up freshly made sandwiches and sushi for lunch along with a cold, crisp organic beverage makes my day. And let's not forget the delicious pre-made meals for dinner, too. Walk in, order/shop, and self-check out! It's that fast, easy. and convenient. Also, as of now, they have initiated a rewards app for all diehard fans of everything delicious. I'm a Sprouts fan for life.

-0 stars I’m extremely disappointed with the current state of your produce. Two years ago, Sprouts consistently offered fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables, making shopping there a great experience. Since the new management took over, however, the quality has sharply declined—items that used to be fresh are now often bruised, overripe, or otherwise subpar. It’s frustrating for loyal customers who remember the standard Sprouts used to uphold. I hope you take this seriously and make the necessary improvements, because the produce section no longer meets the expectations that originally made me a regular shopper.

The customer service at this Sprouts makes for a dreary shopping experience. Please hire people with friendly personality. Hello, welcome, did you find everything you needed.. I got & heard nada and to make it sadder, the employees don’t even look happy to be there.

I love the freshness of their fruits & vegetables. The store is always clean. I also love the weekly discounts I get as a member.

I was very happy that they brought a spritz to this area. Unfortunately the Sprouts customer service is awful. There is one employee that works here who is amazing but aside from her majority of the employees here are rude. I have voiced my concern to a manager about a particular employee here who was extremely rude and the follow through from the manager felt as through he was afraid of his own employee to even hold her accountable for her actions. Took my business back to Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana. I will not be spending my money at this particular Sprouts anymore.

Love going here for the 5 dollar sandwiches. They are so fresh and very reasonable. They put a good amount of meat and veggies on their sandwiches. Staff are very friendly. I absolutely enjoy going here.
