We ordered custom cupcakes for a 60th birthday celebration, and they were absolutely perfect! The cupcakes were beautifully designed in the shape of "60," which made them such a fun and special centerpiece for the party. Pam was amazing to work with—so friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Best of all, the cupcakes were very yummy and enjoyed by everyone! Highly recommend for both quality and service. 🧁⭐️🎉

This store had old stock that wasn't well rotated - both perishables and non-perishables. There were also very limited choices for decaf coffee today, which was a major disappointment. Overall,it looks like perhaps there was a recent management change. The only saving grace is still Duane in produce. He is an asset to a store that I used to enjoy a lot more. I also found the limited choice and availability at this market (and 3 others in the same area), we're shockingly sparse. Perhaps this is a result of recent issues with product availability in the many different types of grocery retailers that offer quart sized 2% Lactaid without any added Calcium. I already take vitamin supplements so that I know exactly how much my daily intake is. Thank you for including to consistently stock more of these types of items and options available .moving forward. Thank you, and good luck. Went back to look for non-dairy milk. Still only the way too large gallon size only. Nothing smaller (quart size) anywhere. Just go to any other store folks. I had to pay over $5 for a product that's going to spoil. What a major disappointment...Still.

Never really liked this particular starmark, staff is not that friendly. Everyone is always to busy to help you. I've been in much bigger and better star markets then this one and the staff at other locations are great. I wanted to ask about a product that was on sales last week Friday. Couldn't get a soul

I hate this place. All exits are alarmed and one of the two entrances is frequently locked. Rarely has hand baskets available and there is no way to check the other entrance for one without exiting the store and going around. Impossible to make a quick trip here. Parking lot is awful, as well.

Every time I come in lately I encounter people walking out with bags, arms, or carts filled with goods that they didn't pay for. When I brought this up I found out that the store policy is to just let it happen. It's incredibly frustrating for the staff who work there and as someone who is honest and has to pay extremely high prices for groceries I think it's unfair. The company policy is not even to ask someone why they are stealing or to suggest that they pay for things first. They just step aside and let them do their thing. 🤷‍♀️

The star market are very organize and clean 9/10. The place have plenty of parking space 9/10. The products are fresh 9/10. The variety of product 7/10 need more Asian sauces and snacks. The store have around 10% Asian customer base the employees need to be a bit more diversify to help the different customer base. The staff are helpful, standing at mead and seafood section less than 3 seconds and the worker ask me if I need any help!! Over all 8.5 definitely a place to do grocery!

Great location in Quincy, close to other grocery stores and shops. Large parking lot that is easy to come and go. The store is decently stocked and kept organized throughout the day. Prices could be cheaper, as I’m sometimes able to find the same items for cheaper at BJs or Target. There’s a Starbucks inside, as well as a bakery, which sometimes has great deals.
