Choi's Kimchi Co.

This is the best kimchi I have had!! My wife and I bought a jar of the original and one of the radish at the Portland farmers market. I’m somewhat embarrassed to admit we ate 1.5 jars in two days! The flavor is fantastic and the heat is perfect. Can’t wait to pick up another jar or two. Incredible!

After studying in Korea for a year and living there I became addicted to kimchi - have some with most meals. Honestly surprised at how good this kimchi is considering normally kimchi is the best when made with salted shrimp or squid in my mind, but this is vegan and still captures that umami flavor so well! Choi's kimchi is some of the best I can find in the US. I wish they were local to me since the shipping is quite expensive and they only seem to distribute to storefronts locally in Oregon- I am in Florida so about as far as you can get in the continental US. I do stock up every few months though either way since I sometimes make my own or buy local but Choi's is just THAT good that the shipping is worth it when craving. The bags come pretty inflated from the fermentation and gasses trapped but the kimchi is fine. I transfer from the bags to a kimchi container upon arrival either way (helps with the smell in the fridge).

Your kimchi is absolutely fabulous.Hands down the best you can buy!!!! Trust me, I know what I'm talking about, I lived in Hawaii for a long time, and I was very familiar with Korean food. I knew many Korean ladies, who made their own kimchi. Your kimchi is the best I have had since those years I lived in Hawaii. Thank you so much for making a wonderful product.

Purchased a jar of Napa kimchi at a grocery store in Centralia, WA and it is very, very good. Perfect spice. I was so glad to see new options of kimchi at our local store as I don’t like the taste of some of the larger manufacturers kimchi. It will be hard not to snack on it all day!

just bought this at the PSU farmers market and it is so much more flavorful, crunchy and sour than the stuff I’ve gotten from Hmart. enjoying it with a slice of pizza right now, so yummy!

Good kimchi even when shipped across the country. They price it right, the quality is there, and I won't go anywhere else for my kimchi purchases. I only wish there was a larger quantity I could purchase or more varieties but you can't have everything!

I first ordered a half gallon bag of this kimchi from Amazon and then recently did so again directly from their website. It's the best purchased kimchi I've ever had. Definitely recommend Choi's kimchi to any kimchi lover out there.
