Fry's

I had a really good experience today. Some highschooler at the front end who helped me had curly hair and was super nice I think his name was Zeinedn he bagged everything carefully, asked if I needed help out to my car, and was genuinely nice the whole time. It didn’t feel forced at all. Absolutely amazing hire. You can tell he actually cares about customers.

Thank you to Melinda, the new store manager, for making things right when I wanted to return a purchase from a different Fry's store. Apparently a previous manager made up his own rules for store returns and didn't follow the policy that is clearly noted on the Kroger Co./Fry's website. The store looks great, Melinda. Thank you for making things better.

This is my favorite store to go to I come from the Vine to come to this store.I like to go with people know my name and say hello, to me very nice people.Excellent customer service.The restore in the bathroom are always clean!

Kudos to one of the managers at this store today as I was getting a cart this guy puts his dog in the cart (this is not a service dog, you can't put a dog inside a food cart its against the health department code) I asked a manager if he could do something about it as a guy was walking in the door and he told him he could not have the dog in the cart (they can get in trouble with the health department) this is someone's pet not a service animal

I always enjoy going in the mornings. People are more engaging. However staff has been improving being more talkative and more engaging in the evening. Well staffed and they have all 10 to 12 self check outs open along with a couple of cashiers. They have really turned things around these last couple of months.

JAN 2026 UPDATE: Recently it seems like things are a LITTLE better. But I'm still not enthusiastic about shopping here! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This store manages to make me angry just about every time I go in! Whether it's the constant relocation of products to force you to spend more time in their store because some pencil-pusher says if they can keep you in the store longer they make more money, or products out of stock, or shelves mislabeled with "sale" prices that are out of date, or the "self checkout" machines CONSTANTLY accusing me of THEFT requiring a staff member's intervention, or the items that have doubled or even TRIPLED in price since CoVid, I just always seem to encounter SOME ridiculous, stupid, petty thing that irritates the daylights out of me! Every. Single. Time. We desperately need an alternative - besides the outrageously overpriced Safeway. CORPORATE GREED is the driver of Fry's. I despise them.

Nice variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, clean store, and friendly staff!
