Albertsons

I love this store, been shopping there for years. Having the personal shopper with delivery is wonderful when you're ill and not able to go yourself. I'd give it a higher score, but the part I don't like is how their chat line is, because you're not actually chatting with someone where you get a verbal response. Hard to communicate what you're asking for as replacements when items you ordered are not available (usually it's that they can't find them/don't know where to look). Hope they get that improved. Also, many times the items onsale are not available or shelves are not restocked.

I don't understand why the overall rating on here is above 4. You had a lawsuit not that long ago. You should be doing the utmost when it comes to your store performance and going above and beyond as far as customer service goes. The young guy at self check out was just rude 😒 using profanity in front of a customer. I was visiting and needed to get back to my hotel (after dark) so I couldn't wait around to speak to a manager who probably wouldn't have done anything as it is. So I call the next day and I call the 1800 number (the lady I spoke to was very nice and empathetic) but who knows what happened. Idk if the guy was special needs or what but this is not appropriate for any place of business.

This location is first time for me shopping there. Really nice, clean, well maintained store. Good sales on digital coupon items and in store specials. I will visit this store again.

New and very clean supermarket that is well organized. When I stopped by there was no lines which made shopping quick and easy. There is also a Starbucks stand inside that sells both drinks and food, but does not have seating nor a drive though.

The new grocery manager Wes Arias is the worst manager I’ve ever had the displeasure to interact with not just at any grocery store but any store. He is on a crazy power trip and whoever hired him needs to reevaluate their standards and procedures. Employees, vendors, and customers are going to HATE dealing with him.

It's Albertsons is large fully stocked and clean! Mini staff for seeing walking around being helpful. The store had ample parking outside and I would shop from here again!

Great Store. Always clean and stocked. Best part its in walkung distance, which is really great
