Metro Market

Today is Monday and their SUSHI are $6 but i did not get that one. I bought the Classic Favorites Combo. See photo below. The Rice was hard as can be. For me that i almost ate Rice everyday the sushi Rice definitely was a day old. Need less to say it end up in the garbage. So there goes my $12 in the garbage.

Metro Market has become one of my favorite grocery stores. The sale prices are fantastic and when I shop early in the morning, I am greeted by several workers throughout the store. I never, ever got this kind of treatment from the other closest store to home, Sendiks.

Waited over 10 minutes at the meat department for assistance. Two separate pages for assistance were made. Amber came over to assist and she was extremely friendly! Then had to use self check out which then waited longer for cashier Override because I had 15 items. Upon checking my items realized one of them did not ring up on sale so I had to go back to the meat department to wait for someone to fix. But I come back to the self check out, scan The correct price only to have to wait 12 minutes for a manager to show up to give an override because the void amount was high with the wrong pricing. I understand shortstaffed, but if you’re going to make customers use the self check out at least give the employees, the tools necessary to not make The customer stand there and wait.

Used to be good but has gone downhill. Produce is never fresh and often there is moldy products on the shelves.

Great store but I don't need to tell you about automatic tellers. We need more humans working I'll tell you that much!

It has everything, I’m looking for. Prices can be good when they go on sale.

I used to love shopping here because it was convenient. It’s literally right up the road from where I live. However, within the last six months, there’s been a major change if you use the self check out and have a purse in your cart (of any size be it a large tote or a small handbag) it will flag the attendant to come over and check to make sure you’re not stealing anything. It’s very annoying! I’ve stopped using the regular checkout because the cashier’s always seem incompetent and the bagging has been subpar. I don’t appreciate a can of beans being put in the same bag as my bread and eggs. What a shame this used to be such a nice store.
