Red Dragon Asian and Seafood Market

I come from alaska just for these groceries. This Market holds value that a lot of stores i go to don't have. I will always come here because I feel welcomed by the workers here. Also they help you figure out alternatives if they don't have the exact product you come looking for. 5/5 market and i would put 10 out of 10 rating if i could.

This was my second time here. I ordered the fried fish. Waited almost an hour and a half (after being told it would be 30-35 minutes). When I asked for tarter sauce the man wanted me to get back on the line to wait to pay for the sauce instead of just giving it as a courtesy given the extended wait time. Got home & notes that we’d received fish that was fried on the outside but raw and fleshy on the inside (and made the few people who took a bite - before they realized it was uncooked- sick). Called the store and they (Jessica) told me I could bring it back the next day if we could bring the entire order… collected all the fish and put it back in the container. Took it back the next day and, it turns out, paid for two pounds of fish, but when they weighed it (as they accused me of not bringing back the whole order) it was only 1.1lbs. So they charged me for two pounds but only gave me one. Stay away from this place… the customer service is AWFUL… they charge you for something and don’t give you the full product, and you risk eating tainted/bad fish. I might have considered still buying packaged food from the market, but given their poor customer service and accusations made when I was trying to dispute their bad product.. I won’t support this business by purchasing anything here ever again. Customers deserve better.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Absolutely the worst customer service. Short answers, no drive to help a customer out. Whoever is the girl with all the blush on. Please work on your attitude it’s killing the store and making A LOT of people not want to shop there. Based on the past reviews. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. The Palmdale community misses the old FRIENDLY owners.

I love this place! They cook the fish fresh, the fried shrimp is amazing. I've purchased fried fish at this market twice and my whole family and I love it. Best hidden place I've found in Palmdale. You won't regret eating the food from this market!

Sharing my experience: horrible customer service ! I went to this store to buy a whole list of items to make my own sea food soup. I had to ask for help with most of the unknown items, since I’m new to the store. The two staff attending the store, were Very rude, and gave me short answers with lots of attitude. I ended up only buying one item since I couldn’t stop stay any longer, because I was frustrated with the lack of customer service. Compartiendo mi experiensa: muy mal servicio Al cliente Fui a esta tienda para comprar una lista de cosas para hacer mi propia sopa de Mariscos. Las dos personas que estaba atendiendo la tienda fueron muy groceros y no pudieron ayudarme. Siendo nueva ala tiene no se donde encontrar Las cosas que necesitaba, y cuando pregutaba por ayuda me desian, " ahi estan atras por las chiles con muy poco direccion. Solo logre comprar una cosa porque no podia seguir con los trabajadores que no me podian desir donde encontrar Las cosas que necesitaba. Fui una mala experiencia! Sali enojada de ahi.
