World Market

We ordered an easy chair we saw in store online the next day after considering it overnight. We then went to the store to pick it up. Even though there was one on the floor and the cashier said there was one in back as well, they wouldn't let us pick it up. They said we had to wait for a follow-up email saying it was ready for pick-up. I explained that online it said the store only had one in stock, that other people were looking at it and there was already a hold on my credit card, so we would like to take it home with us. They refused. Two days later we were sent an email that said "This is embarrassing, but it happens. The chair you ordered is no longer available. The good news is the hold on your credit card will be released within 72 hours." No apology. No offer to make it right. And the wording implying getting our money back within three days as "good news" was the icing on the cake. When we wrote in, they offered a 20% coupon IF we submitted a bunch of information to them, instead of just sending it in the response email.

I love shopping here. This is my go-to place for unique stoking staffers. I love all the international food and the wide selection of teas and coffees. Even my boys enjoy shopping here with me.

Love this store! The place to go for food & wines from around the world, holiday dining, decor, gifts, & cards, baskets, pillows, & unique furniture, toys, bags, & clothing.

You guys should announce when each Golden Nutcracker is found, so that people aren’t walking around aimlessly after being told on the store intercom that there are still two left.

On visit vacation from east coast. Store was a mess with no one greeting customers. No name tags. Restrooms a mess. Displays empty. Was shocked how bad store was compared to other world market stores. Need surprise visit from corporate as they did not follow and corp directives.

Lots of fun items And goodies. Unique.

We purchased our couch at this location. We tend to buy world market products, and I know this store as a uniquely accommodating one. They are helpful, and they have been patient on two occasions when our daughter broke a product in the store. If you are not familiar with world market, you need to take a look inside. Their wine selection is fantastic, and their international food products span every continent.
