Smart & Final Extra!

I love smart and final and honestly only come here considering how close it is to home, but I’m here a few time out of the week and the customer service is terrible, cashiers ignore you and don’t say hi back, no smile or small talk, I work customer service so I know how it goes but I always have a positive attitude, anyways with that being said I do want to give a shout out to young lady, always forget to get her name, but she’s white and has face piercings and has an almost 1 year old daughter!! The only positive of the store

We had a party for one of our sons and got most of what we needed. They have a wide selection of food and paper supplies in bulk. The only thing they didn’t have was the long lighter stick to start a little fire from a distance vs the small lighters. I went to another establishment to find the long lighter stick for candles, chaffing dish fuel or fire place. I recommend this store for your party food supply needs.

Jane is the best!!! The rest of the Team, not so much! The other cashiers here and management are horrible at customer service! Losing a daily customer due to horrible service! Jane gets the Stars for Teaam!!! Management please keep her!!!

Great deals on bulk items and great selection of syrups for coffee! So much parking at this location. Also there are lots of places to grab a quick snack while you are shopping. Well lit even at night.

This Smart and Final is clean, well stocked and organized. They had everything I wanted. They had the right amount amount of clerks for the number of people in the store. The clerks were nice helpful and efficient. Masks are required, sanitizer is available, and they have plexiglass barriers in place. Good day at Smart & Final.

My favorite reliable grocery store — the produce section is always stocked with so much variety and is kept nice and clean. The real reason I keep coming back is the cashiers though. No self checkout reliance at this store, always tons of cashiers and they are repeatedly so nice to talk to — they have patience and continue to make me want to return (my favorite is Jean Jean, she is always a joy to catch up with). This store has great selections and a huge range of options!

It’s close to the gym. Prices are higher than Walmart and Stater. NO self checkout in this day and age which means you get stuck behind someone with 500 items when you have only two. 👀
