Today, 2-15-2026. The cashier's total is $128.32 and my mom paid it with 2 Benjamin Franklin bills at $200. The cashier gave $21.68 change for my mom. The cashier cheat on my mom and the receipt "CHANGE" section is no where to be found. The cashier lie to my mom that she only pay $150 in total. My mom paid at $200 but the cashier kept pretending that it is $150. The next day on 2-16-2026, I check on the receipt and found another problem. The "CASH" section is recorded as $128.32. That dishonest cashier lie that my mom pay $150 with her words. Next, the dishonest cashier lie in the receipt that my mom paid a total of $128.32 and no wonder the "CHANGE" section is missing. That cashier cheated on my mom.

cashiers can’t do their job right, scamming and upcharging random products. This is a regular occurrence and they randomly charge and change the prices. They don’t pick up the phone when I call to ask and are rude. take your business elsewhere

The store is so dirty and worker is so rude. When you ask questions where to find , they ignore you. The worst is the cashier. SO so rude. Then they told me this is America. And I reply that they need to go out of China town. Since the pandemic I haven’t been to Oakland .

The aisles are tight and items are sometimes not labeled with price, which is a very classic Chinese market shopping experience. You can however expect to find lots of different items, veggies and fruits. Especially Great place to shop for hotpot items with sliced meat and all kinds of meat balls sold in bulk by weight. The staff are quick and efficient. Price is about 5% higher than nearby Chinatown but it’s a convenient one stop shop with almost everything you’ll need. Parking is tough to come by so come early.

Bought 2 packages of frozen Hong Kong Wonton. Both packages were moldy. Check closely.

Tons of selections in Asian food, pretty good prices. However not a comfortable place to shop. Big chance to encounter rude shoppers or cashiers every time. The atmosphere there was unfriendly. I go there once or twice every year for Asian goods. Fanny thing is that every time I told myself not to go there again lol. But really loved their frozen beancurd sheet, it’s great for hotpot.
