Daiso - Japanese Household Goods

VERY RUDE and UNHELPFUL. I was next door getting food and decided to pop my head in a store I’ve always seen but have never stopped in. It was 7:50 when I walked in they immediately said were closing in 10 minutes. I apologized and said I’ve never been in and I was next door. I looked at the packaging and asked how to tell what was the price, and they said it will have a number and a symbol, but there was various numbers on front and back and asked to show me something that had a price so I could identify next time. Just opened but definitely my new favorite store since it's so much closer to home! Neat and organized, staff is friendly and helpful. I often shop at Daiso when I visit my family in Tokyo, though those are usually much bigger, they still have a large variety of items at this one! So happy I don't have to drive far for my favorite yuzu candy!

Put it on your list! This Daiso is a brand new store and is the only Texas store offering a cute and fashionable new line of products called Threeppy. The store is immaculate and very well stocked, and the employees are personable and eager to help. As you enter the store, pick up a handheld basket in which to place your items as you shop. There are helpful pricing reminders displayed throughout the store to help you translate costs. Most items are $1.75, but there are tags to identify higher priced items. I like to go down every aisle, but their aisles are clearly marked and items easily located if you need to find a particular item. Presently, there are some seasonal spring and Easter items available, but also items celebrating special days in Japan like Children’s Day. They also have attractive, well-made, and decorative reusable bags. It is a cheerful atmosphere with music playing and helpful announcements. There is plenty of parking and also restaurants or coffee and tea shops nearby.

Dollar store quality but a large variety. It makes for good browsing. No returns or exchanges.

I love this store I get a lot of supplies for my desk and for my kids school supplies.

If you can't find it here, you can't find it! They have everything! Most items are $2.50. What a deal!

I love the variety of this location! It's a bit bigger than other Daiso locations I have been to and I was not disappointed at the sheer abundance of cool things.
