I’ve been so impressed with this Kroger location. The employees have always been so kind and helpful. I was especially impressed by my experience recently in the midst of the pre-winter storm craziness, store associates namely Holly, Chris, and Tomi were very patient, kind and helpful. There’s so many more associates I could shoutout whose names I’m having trouble recalling. Y’all are awesome and thank you for what you do!

Kroger is supposed to be doing a "Fresh and Friendly" rebrand. This Kroger however didn't get the memo. Employees are always nice and courteous. But the management team could use a refresher course on being friendly to customers. Most of them just walk around like they have nothing to do but when you ask them something, they don't have time for the customer. Store manager is the worst. Ask her a question and she just seemed uninterested and acted like I was bothering her. Told me she had way too much going on. I don't think some of these stores have gotten the idea of making it an enjoyable shopping experience for the customer. Sometimes I wonder how they have a job it all with the attitude they come off with.

Today, while shopping at Kroger, I was waiting in line at one of the checkout lanes. I noticed that the associate overseeing the self-checkout area was standing nearby and appeared to be available, so I asked him to help me get two packs of cigarettes from the counter. After he brought the cigarettes, he headed to the self-checkout register as if he intended to ring them up there. I told him that I was already checking out at the nearby regular lane. Unexpectedly, he turned around and responded to me in a very rude and impatient tone, saying, "Next time, ask that other person to get it for you." His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I raised my voice and asked why he would say that, since he was standing right there and was not busy, while the cashier at the regular lane was actively assisting customers. Having him help should have avoided additional waiting time for others. Instead of responding, he simply glanced at me and walked away. In addition, as someone working in customer service, an employee is expected to maintain a clean and neat appearance. However, this associate’s hair and clothing were visibly covered with flakes, which made his overall presentation appear highly unprofessional. This experience was extremely disappointing. I have already reported the incident to the on-duty manager, and I hope this complaint reaches higher-level management as well. I do not understand why an employee representing Kroger would behave so unprofessionally toward customers. I sincerely hope the store can address this issue, improve staff training, and prevent similar situations from happening again.

Multiple times the produce section has been littered with over aged fruits and vegetables, not fresh. The meat selection is less than compared to other brand grocers. No fresh salmon, fillet steaks, ny strip, or other seafood if butcher is closed, quite frustrating. The automatic checkouts are horrendously slow, every time I've been in an associate has to come over and confirm the number of items as it thinks you've stolen. This store is more concerned with stocking things like fake yeezy slides vs focusing on fresh quality food and customer service. I walked in with an empty shopping cart once again disgusted by the produce and meat selection. Walked out empty handed. I'll be utilizing other stores stocked with quality groceries.

Wasted over an hour making a pickup order, everything showed as available, paid for the order then hours later this location cancels it, they claim that apparently every item that showed in stock was actually out of stock, don't waste your time with this location/company, they don't take people's business seriously. All they had to say about it was just I'm sorry, not a single sign of trying to make it right or even had the items shipped from a different store, you probably get better attention and resolution to issues from Walmart than Kroger at this location. Management not doing their job apparently.

Nice Kroger with a wide array of items including shoes and clothing. Typical Kroger that is severely understaffed hours into the evening. Friendly service provided though.

Needed cash back. 9:30pm. All registers closed but self checkout. No sign saying no cash back on the self checkout. I paid, but it never gave me the option for cash back. I asked the lady working the self checkout and she said it’s only available at an open register. I asked if any was open and she said no they close them all at 9. I asked how I can do cash back then and she said "you can go to the atm". I’m not about to pay a fee to get cash just because they don’t allow their machines to do cash back and they’re lazy and close all normal registers 2 hours before the store closes. For reference, the other Kroger I go to usually does offer cash back at the atm. Guess I’ll go back to that one.
