Review written 12/11/2025. Cool store, but female young cashier was looking quite disapprovingly when I forgot my debit card. She started ringing up my food anyway (??) even though I explained twice that I couldn’t find my debit card and that I would have to leave the food and that I was sorry. I literally just moved here like an hour ago and haven’t slept in my bed in like 6 months. Don’t need staff to be judgmental. U don’t know what somebody is going through. Cool selection of fresh foods though I’ll definitely be back Hopefully not with that cashier though. Lol

Probably the most impressive food market I’ve ever seen. The quality is astonishing, specially for what concerns vegetables, fruits, fishes, meat and bread. Whatever you crave for or wish, you will find there. All the clerks are great and very knowledgeable about food

Everything is incredibly fresh! Huge variety of vegetables, fruit, cheese, fresh fish, international products like olives, feta cheese, you name it. Prices are very affordable.

I have been a loyal customer of Fresh Farms Niles for many years and regularly shop here with my family. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely upsetting and disappointing. I visited the store with my 11-year-old son, and the cashier accused him of putting chocolate in his pockets which he absolutely did not do. He didn’t even have any chocolate, and he doesn’t even eat chocolate. I clearly explained this to the cashier multiple times (2–3 times), but the accusation continued. It was very embarrassing and humiliating, especially in front of other customers standing in line. On top of that, the cashier began lecturing me about prices, saying that customers don’t read prices and then complain later. This had nothing to do with the situation and only made the interaction more uncomfortable. As a long-time customer, I felt disrespected and unfairly treated. No parent should have to see their child falsely accused and embarrassed in public. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and upsetting. I truly hope management looks into this matter and ensures customers are treated with respect in the future. Experiences like this leave a very bad impression.

OMG the fun at Tony's! On this trip we shopped for Deli Fresh Polish sausage. Then to what I call "The Sauerkraut Department" where there are 5 kinds of sauerkraut and other pickled items - 'kraut with chopped carrots. Another with Caraway Seeds - YOW my favorite. The other side of this aisle are dolmades and spinach and beans - AND THEN Athenian Foods Avgolemono!! --- in a Glass Bottle... Their famous Egg Lemon soup with rice - made with care..and to me no metal can taste!! An amazing trip always to Fresh Farms!!!

First time in this type of supermarkets. Very impressive. Very diverse selection of products from all over the world. The fruits and vegetables department was amazing. We live in Chicago but definitely be back to shop here. Employees were friendly too. Highly recommended.

A great market full of fresh international goodies. I make the trek from the city because the produce and other stuff is fairly priced and better quality compared to what's offered at some other local grocery stores. There is a decent variety of organic produce too-greens, berries, herbs, mushrooms etc. Very nice bakery section where you can find varieties of sourdough, rye, pita, pumpernickel, fancy sweets, etc. Nice section of imported chocolates by check out area. Healthy looking fish section at good pricing not to be missed (I recommend cod or sushi grade tuna). Deli is great and even offers large selection of nitrate free meats to have sliced. Awesome cases of imported feta cheese (the real deal), olives, pickled herring. I can even get low-temp pasteurized, whole milk from grass fed cows by Kalona Supernatural brand (Iowa farm) in the milk/dairy section. And the best Amish or New Zealand butters. Good honey varieties. I could go on and on. I don't shop at Whole Paycheck. I don't like shopping at places like Jewel or Marianos or Tony's. The quality and pricing issues keep me away. This place is worth the visit.
