You can find everything here it would appear for the African and Caribbean diaspora!!! Don't sleep on this gem!! Even has a fish market, yessssssss a fish market..... reasonable prices. A serious one-stop shop...... I was visiting my sis in Newark. I reside in SC and I am not any where near a place like this so I was very excited..... friendly and helpful staff.......

November: updating to include pictures. Was back on this side and had to make my way to Joe's for my Jamaican snacks. Grocery haul was real good! Haven't found another place that delivers in truly offering Jamaican snacks in and around Newark, Jersey City, New Brunswick, etc. Even got some healing oil this time around. June: I failed to take any pictures because I was too excited to see my different Jamaican snacks. It is a big space but feels smaller with narrower aisles because they literally stock every good thing. The ladies at check out were kind and responsive as I asked questions. If you don't live near fairly priced Jamaican snacks and grocery, and you happen to be in Newark, go here. I was pretty pleased with my grocery haul. They also seem to run specials on different items at different times.

I spent over $134 at this store only to find out the fish they sold me was completely fake literally plastic. I gave some of the fish to a friend, and they later complained about stomach pain. Before I even went in, I noticed reviews warning about fake fish, and now I see they were telling the truth.When I returned to the store to bring this up, the man working there an Asian guy was extremely dismissive and refused to take any accountability. Instead of apologizing he told me I should’ve picked a better fish from the batch. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value your health and your money, stay far away.

My favorite place to go for all the things I can't get at other stores this is a good store.

They sell things which you might not find in the big supermarkets. Staff are also friendly and efficient.
