This location is a bit smaller compared to others in the franchise, but it still offers a great selection of quality products. Even though the space isn’t as big, you can still find plenty of good options to choose from.

I often go shopping at this place. But every few times, I end up having a bad experience. Sometimes the ribs are smelly, the lychees are not fresh, and this time all the yams I got were old and hard, completely inedible... Everyone must be careful.

Full product line grocery Asian store, a lot fresh seafood product, fresh veggies and fruits. Some daily living house supplies provided as well. I come here to buy fresh fruits and some fast food noodles. I bought what needs to me. Worthy to recommend the people who plans to buy some Asian foods in this community.

I do grocery shopping in the San Francisco Bay Area all the time because the supermarket there has more traditional Chinese items. The 99 Ranch Market in Newark is one of the markets I shopped. The 99 Ranch Market in Newark is big and clean inside. The parking lot is not too busy. The workers there are very helpful. They always give me directions for the items I can find it myself.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at [Store Name]. I purchased an item in October 2024, only to discover it expired in February 2024 (see photos). I can't believe a well-known store would sell products that are past their expiration date for such a long time. It’s not just my purchase; I also bought one for my neighbor, and I’m worried it might be the same situation. This is unacceptable and embarrassing. It really raises questions about the integrity of this store. I urge others to be cautious when shopping here!

This is one of the older 99 Ranches in the Bay (not as old as the Fremont-Alvarado one). It's surrounded by a mix of Chinese businesses and ethnic food options. It's not as cleaned up as the Warm Springs location, but it does offer discounts and goods that you won't find at the newer larger store.

Stopped in after eating lunch next door. Interesting ice cream flavors. I do like Ube ice cream but didn't buy any of these; maybe another time.
