Wing Fung Asian Herbs & Foods Ltd

I ordered herbal oil from this store a month ago and paid the full amount at the time of purchase. According to the receipt, the order was marked as shipped, but the tracking information still shows that only a shipping label has been generated—there’s no evidence that the package has actually been sent. While the store appears legitimate, my experience suggests otherwise. I’ve tried calling the listed phone number multiple times, but only reach an interpreter who’s unable to help. Email communication has also been completely ineffective. This level of service is unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not consider this store trustworthy.

I received a wrong item from Wing Fung Hong and was contacted by a lady named Clement from customer service who was very pleasant and immediately solved my problem. I would certainly buy from Wing Fung Hong again because of their excellent customer service and their good price for the item I purchased.

Really really fresh and great glutinous rice flour. Shipped very quickly, faster than expected. I have been making donuts since I received my product. Thank you!!!!!

I bought herb, quality was OK. Many things are expensive if buy online.
