I had a hard time finding what I needed since everything was written in Chinese; I really wish they listed they labeled their items in English as well. But the employee was really sweet and helped me find what I was looking for.

Excellent store for all your Asian dried goods needs. I come here to get my dried shiitake mushrooms, fried Lily bulbs, dried haw flakes, dried shrimp, and dried dates. They’re very knowledgeable about the different uses for the dried produce/herbs, and they also consistently have some of the best prices in Chinatown. Top quality abalone, shiitake mushrooms, and dried red dates!

Owned by a husband and wife, Heng Xing is always busy, always consistent and has a surprising array of herbs and condiments and dried seafood/meats. It's my go to place whenever I need condiments, nuts or shrimp

Worst customer service ever. Please avoid this place at all costs. I asked for help multiple times and kept getting ignored. I spoke up and asked again and got yelled at. Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business

My grandma brought around $80 worth of things here. She walked out without taking it. Please answer your phone.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with this store. The owners were incredibly rude and refused to separate our bags without charging extra, despite us never indicating we wouldn't pay. It's disheartening when a business prioritizes minor costs over customer satisfaction. What made it worse was when we tried to leave peacefully after purchasing items, they accused us of trying to exploit them. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, even if it means spending a bit more for a better experience. 我和家人在那家店里遭遇了非常差的经历。店主的态度十分恶劣，竟然因为"成本"的问题，不愿意为我们分开购物袋，尽管我们从未提及不愿付费。作为一个企业主，若连为了100多美元的商品，愿意"放弃"一点成本的心都没有，那真是做错了一件事。更糟糕的是，当我们购买完商品，願意平和地离开时，他们竟然說我们企图占他们的便宜。建议大家不要去那家店，即使可能需要多花一点钱，但绝对能获得更好的购物体验！"
